CMS POLL: Do you use laundry pods, liquid detergent, or powered detergent?
I like liquid, my mom prefers powdered.
Pods and liquid
I use the pods... Occasionally a liquid but the pods are so simple! One or two, Lenor scents booster pearls, Lenor outdoorable concentrate and if it’s going in the tumble dryer the Lenor outdoorable sheets!
I was liquid but funny enough I used a sample and I felt.like my clothes smelt better and felt cleaner. So I was thinking of switching.
Liquid
I am a wary old woman and I think they keep inventing ways of making us pay enormous amounts of money for something that used to be reasonably priced . I compare that to the horrific price of these little capsules of coffee ...So I've never stopped using powder from a really big bag , I use 2 very small scoops for a 15 pounds front loader . When I wash sweaters I use liquid .And I don't trust that those things dissolve correctly . Old French woman in France .
If it ain't broke, don't fix it 👍
If people are willing to pay more money for convenience, then more power to them
Totally agree with you. I like powder for my whites and liquid for my dark clothes. For the other colored laundry I use either powder or liquid.
I don't trust the packs and I don't like the fact that I can't control the amount of detergent in a packet.
I agree 👍

Hey, I'm sticking to using powder detergent! It has so many advantages: Less packaging and weight because there's no water in there - better for the environment! More precise dosing because you can adjust the dosing to your needs (have a look at the packaging) instead of having to choose between one or two pods, which often leads to overdosing. You don't have the problematic "skin" foil at all. Even if it is biodegradable, it's still harmful to the environment to produce it! Plus, in powder, the different chemicals can be mixed together because they're dry and only react in the laundry machine when they get into contact with the water. In pods, all the three chemicals are the same, just with different coloring (that's just marketing!). Also, at least here in Europe, the powder detergent (esp. the "compact powder") costs less per load. The pods are all about marketing and selling stuff to customers who don't really need them!
Powder doesn't work that well
I just love Melissa’s presentation. She is so full of information. Always something new and informative.
That's so funny because I tried laundry pods earlier this year and fell in love with them. I only buy laundry pods. No mess and no need to buy extras just to wash clothes like fabric softener and laundry boosters. I'm sure lots of viewers found this video informative and helpful.
We recently purchased a new washing machine. I converted to the pods. I LOVE THEM!!!! My daughter convinced me that these would prevent us from using too much detergent. She was right! My clothes look cleaner and brighter. They are WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!
By using one small pod per load, I’ve really saved money. I will definitely continue using these. I also think they will keep my machine cleaner. Great video!
I have been watching you for the last 7 to 8 years and you have taught me a lot. I believe my first search was how to organically clean make-up brushes which brought you to me and my families life. I was trying to teach my teenager daughters how to clean their make-up brushes at that point and I had three brush trees that I had just bought because they had so many brushes and ended up buying a fourth one. Now, it is six tall brush drying trees and lots of make-up brushes that all 3 of us have and I learned to make sure that on Friday Evening that the old towels come out, the trees go up and all the brushes get done. Each one of us has 4 sets of brushes and when three are dirty then three get a bath and hung to dry and then left until they are dry. By Saturday Early Afternoon all the brushes are dry for the most part and they go into baskets and set outside if it is warm outside and towels laid over them (the baskets have holes in them) and they are dry fully by Saturday Evening and I put them all away. Thank you for also teaching us how to disinfect our make-up too. We do that nightly as well.
Trying a pack for the first time today for my bedding!!!
I switched to liquid detergent decades ago due to asthma. A few years ago, I switched to pods for storage convenience and they’re easier to use. Now I’m into detergent sheets. They take up much less space than liquids or pods, are even more lightweight and convenient.
I’ve also switched to laundry sheets because I’ve noticed the pods really don’t disintegrate as much as she indicated. And I heard that plumbers say those are a nightmare because they clog up our pipes.😬😒
@@michellen3727 well, I have a Plummer as a family member and was told until they come out “Purely Plant Based” for the outsides of those pods do not use them. Haven’t heard of the sheets though. Meanwhile, I use Tide liquid and I have a few bottles of them. I use the Original for Towels, Microfiber Towels and Replaceable Mop Heads. I have the one with Downy as well as the Downy for clothes and then I have the Cold Water one for items to be washed in Cold Water Only. I don’t go through the Cold Water as fast as I do as the one for clothes. I also use the Percil Laundry Detergent on really stained sports outfits and other stuff that is hard to get out. I even have a washing guide right on the wall in front of the “Washing Machine” and the same for the Dryer. I have the instructions printed and there are 3 picture frames for the washing instructions and 2 for the drying. Trying to teach all of our kids exactly what to do and how to do it right. Have used a lot of Melissa’s Instructions and Advice as well as Martha Stewart’s also. Both Ladies are good for a lot of things in the “How To World”. Lol
I used laundry sheets too. I’ve gotten them from QVC but wasn’t sure they were working well, so switched back to liquid
Laundry detergent sheets are the best in every way started using them and you don't even need fabric softener. It's a win 🏆
@@MomHarper927 I do miss the smell of Tide pods. And you’re right the sheets I’m on the fence about. But when I noticed my pods were not dissolving all the time I wrote to tide and of course they said sent suggestions like clean your washer more often or don’t overload the system, which I am very meticulous ensuring that doesn’t happen. But then I saw a video on RUclips about how many people complained that their pods were not dissolving so I had to make the switch.
I start using detergent sheets and love it because they are easy to use and store; thank you Melissa and have a beautiful day. 🥰🙃😘
Tide Powder. After cloth diapering, I’ve learned powder is best. It rinses cleaner, and has less buildup.
I only used the pods in college, but I do not use them now because they're so expensive compared to regular detergent, and I don't have a lot of money. Also, the chambers dissolve at the same rate in the washer and I don't think it actually matters that they're separated.
It could matter if they are different ingredients, like enzymes and bleach. They cancel each other used in liquid form together. So keeping them separated makes sense. You do need them to do different things in washing. Enzymes break down stains of different kind(protease break protein stains, lipase breaks down greasy stains etc). Bleach whitens the clothes and has a disinfectant properties.
They can cohabitate during the wash process but they do eventually cancel each other out. The smartest thing would be to use enzymes at the beginning of the wash with detergent and to add later the bleach to complete the cycle. Miele has something like this in their Twindos.
My elderly mom uses the pods…she appreciates not lugging around a heavy bottle of detergent. I use them when we travel. They are easy to pack and no spillage!
I think under these conditions they are the best to use. When travelling or going to the laundrette.
I use Tru Earth detergent sheets. So easy and the same applies. One half sheet per load, if dirtier, two sheets. I also still have a 20+ year plain old top loading washer that works perfectly.
Oh I will never trade my old high capacity top load washer until mine is dead and can’t be fixed. Gets everything so clean!
Thanks, I wondered if they work well. I’ve tried other similar products and they didn’t break down well and seemed to be affected by moisture in the air.
I love the Tru Earth detergent strips. I go for the fragrance free platinum type. You can get them on sale. Also on Costco online.
I use Tru Earth unscented. I add about a half cup of washing soda, to help with sweat. I still used washing soda when I used ERA. I tear the strip up and throw it in the washer. We don’t need plastic! 💙
I love my Tru Earth sheets!
I used to use the pods in college when we had to haul everything to the communal laundry room. It was much easier to just grab a few pods instead of trying to struggle with heavy bottles.
I can see this advantage
Thank you for all your great cleaning advice!!!!
I think they're putting something special in those laundry packs and pods. . With all the TV commercials showing people stuffing their clothing into their faces, and dancing around their washing machines, like the smell of fresh fabric was some type of intoxicant, we've lost our appreciation for soil. For example, try growing a decent potato in a mound of laundry detergent!!!. Thank you Clean My Space for allowing me to share. !!!!
I was wondering about these and now am going to try them. I use packs for the dish washer and really like them.
I use Tru Earth detergent sheets with no perfumes. No mess. They do a good job. Better for the environment I hope! I'm a happy camper.
Same here.
I sooooo needed this video!! Thank you!
I use both. Love Persil!😁🙏 Blessings from Tennessee.
I recently used pods and I’m in love 😻 my laundry stays fresh and smelling great for long time in the closet. My liquid fails to do that unless I use lots of softener
Melissa, muito obrigada pelos esclarecimentos. Os “pods” são novidade para mim e aprendi bastante.
The blue in the Tide packs has permanently stained some of my clothes.
Also, the plastic itself has stuck to my clothes and hardened in certain instances. They didn't break down properly
Wash them again. They will dissolve. Also get another detergent (just not pods).
I had the same issue and I will never use them again!
I had that issue too. I dissolve in a cup and then add them to the wash after they dissolve, after I use the ones I have left I will not buy them again. It will be liquid or powder for me. However, the pods work great to mop floors with. You just add them to a bucket of really hot water.
Good job and very helpful thank you so much for making this video ☺️
I will be using the laundry pods for the first time next wash day. Thank you so much for all your great videos. ❤
Great review, very informative. Thanks
I love using my laundry pods, that’s all I’ll use in my washing machine and dishwasher, no more measuring out laundry detergent and the right amount of dosage, they’re clean and no mess. Plus a bonus, you know how many washes you get when purchasing them.
I use pods (Tide 4 in 1 Downy) and I love it!
I absolutely love pods. I used to use powder detergent most of my life, then moved to liquid which never felt like it did a good job tbh. Pods are just so much more convenient, space saving and even, despite the price, economical because I use the correct amount now.
Very rarely it happens that they don't dissolve in winter cold water, and that's just a single brand that has done that so far, so i'm not fussed.
I want to know how they work compared to the liquids vs powders? 💖🌞🌵😷
My Whirlpool front-loading HE washer weighs each load and draws from a detergent reservoir. No packets. No load dosing by me. I occasionally use vinegar as a fabric softener. My machine reminds me monthly to clean it, which I do occasionally (but not monthly). The great thing about cleaning the washer is that I can remove the reservoir and the conventional dispensers for thorough cleaning in a laundry tub.
Best invention ever
When I was living in dorms in college I used to use the pods. They were convenient. Our school’s washing machine rinses each load with lots of water, so I never saw any plastic issues with the pods.
We use a combination.. I live with my parents.
-My mom prefers POWDER for hots and heavy-duty for the abraison.
-We used to use LIQUIDS for everything else and then tried the SHEETS for a bit... mixed feelings. Don't know if we will stick with it.
-Now, we started using PODS! I gotta say I'm liking it a lot so far and I think it does work better 😍 my mom is hesitant to agree since it was my idea 😉
-I still use free and clear LIQUID for my underwear and silk pillowcases. 2 separate & small loads so it's easier to dose a small amount of liquid. I wish they made mini-pods lol
I use whatever is the best value per load. I have found that the powder performs the best IMO. Using the correct amount is key. The packs are good but I can't add 1.5 packs and per load I find packs are usually more. Also no spot treatment. I do LOVE pods for the cleanliness because yes there is always powder or liquid mess. Toss the pods in the back of the washer if using a frontloader because it can get trapped in the door and leave the casing.
Thanks for watching Blair
I love these pods as I don’t have to lift a heavy bottle I use one per load fantastic
I’d love to see your take on the true earth (or similar) laundry sheets.😃
Very professional presentation.
Glad you think so!
I love your videos so much! Just started using the pods today, I decided to give them a try because I saw your Instagram post and also… I feel like I am never right with the liquid detergent/load size ratio and of course end up wasting lots of liquid detergent = money 💰! Let’s see how it goes, loved the info here 🤩
When I first moved to France in 2017, I used laundry packs. I didn’t have a washer in my apartment so I had to use a laundromat. When we bought a house in 2020, it had a washer. Home washers here are traditionally smaller and I found the packs did not dissolve as well as they did in the large laundromat washers. Often I had the pack reside on my clothing. I now use liquid and am happy. I love packs-my son used them while at university and I find them super convenient-they just don’t work for me now.
Washing machine repairman told me they are not really good for the machines
I've heard that but no one has ever told me why
Ironically they are made for washing machines
Whew!!!! I was worried you were going to say the laundry packs were not good. They are my go-to. Thanks for the info!!
The packs are also great for traveling! Just keep them well contained so they don't burst.
Interestingly, I live in the USA and buy my powdered laundry detergent from Canada! I use Nellie’s Laundry Detergent, Oxygen Bleach, and wool dryer balls! Nellie’s is kind to our earth and very concentrated so 1.5 teaspoons of detergent and 1.5 teaspoons of oxygen bleach is all I use per load. Both are powdered so it lasts a long time and gets everything clean without ANY fragrance whatsoever. I did try laundry pacs when they first came out, but the plastic film never washed out of my clothes so I am reluctant to try again.
I use Nellie's also. I noticed I never have static cling. Maybe because the product builds up in the clothes.
Can you please share how you buy it
@@Siriuslyyy, it might seem like expensive, but the largest size bucket lasts me 15 months when I did laundry for 5. Now my nest is empty so it lasts about 18 months.
that's exactly what I was thinking that the film from these things don't get washed out they get stuck on the clothes sometimes but she didn't even acknowledge that.
I have an old high capacity top loader and have never had residue. I think part of the problem might be the new front loaders use so little water. Love my wool dryer balls.
Thanks from London. Im trying for the first time with only one Pod. Let see what happens!
Excellent video, thanks so much for your insights. I too am a believer in consumer reports and have stuck with liquid detergent and occasionally liquid fabric softener. The pods seem to work OK for most clothes but my work togs need a little extra energy and the liquid seems to provide that. Also my white undershirts benefit from a splash of bleach every third wash or so. Thanks!
Haven out ride the laundry sheets, they are awesome.
I have a top loader & I haven’t had any issues using laundry pods. I use the Target fragrance/dye free pods. They are the best ones IMO so far. I have asthma & I’m allergic to perfumed detergent. So these work the best for me & keep my clothes clean.
I tried the laundry pods I love ke them
I prefer the detergent sheets, I feel like they are more economical and more environmentally friendly. I have had the pods pvoh film not fully dissolve enough times to not feel they are reliable.
Pods and liquid are my go to.....
I do use the packs They are awesome
They really are! Thanks for watching.
Detergent pack user. Persil is great for me.
Yes, I love the Persil packs absolutely the best ones ever.
👀 Looks like a cloud hoodie…I like it 👍
I love your postings. How do you clean mold off vinyl kitchen chairs?
I use laundry packs and liquid Cheers Clorax too. I didn't know to put the packs in back of the machine before clothes go in, will do. Thanks Melissa 😊 Joan Bates ❤ 💕
I use Dropps. They have detergent pods and oxi-clean like pods which I use for dirtier loads. Works great so far!
Great job! Both!
Thanks for watching Bobby!
I am using all three. Powder liquid .. and pacs. I also use baking soda and scented crystals . I use bleach on bedding and towels and pet throws and beds. Oh yea. And also I use lavender Lysol on runners in the machine. Love your channel by the way. 🌈🌈🌈💕💕💕
I’ve stuck to the economic DIY powder mix of baking soda, washing powder and Borax. Takes very little per load, costs pennies per load, and with a family of five, we always have full loads so measuring is not an issue - even for the tweens and teens! Use Maker’s advice daily. Kids and I use her DIY cleaners everyday!
We use a similar mix, but it's in a concentrated liquid form, and oh my god is it cheap. And wonderful
Thanks for doing all that research. I haven’t used the pods mostly because I was unsure how they impacted the environment. I do like the liquid because I can use a little less or a little more depending on what my loads need.
Do more research because they can be broken down, but most facilities don’t meet the conditions needed to actually break them down.
If you think about the environmental impact, also think about how the liquid in them contains water and that causes more CO2 when transported than powder. Also they are less "compact" in the packaging - you need more packaging for the same amount of detergent. And the foil of the pods does not only have to be biodegraded but also needs to be produced like any other plastic foil, which takes a lot of energy. If you only need a little detergent, you would still waste a whole pod - again harmful for the environment. With normal liquid, you can customize the dosis more precisely, that's right! Because of the water used in it, when it comes to the environment, (compact) powder detergent is best, followed by normal liquid. The pods are still worst for the environment - and your wallet ;)
Haven’t tried them but I have just started using sheets (Earth Breeze). So easy to use and to adjust for load size by tearing a sheet. I love the lightweight packaging. As for cleaning, they do a better job than the liquid detergents I’ve been using.
I tried these out. They are horrible at stain removing.
I personally love defunkify better.
I always use liqui tabs. I think they’re great & much better than messy powder.
We have been using laundry packs for a while and we live them. So much easier and they get stuff clean. We also use dishwasher pods!
I love them!👍
I'm glad you love them, I do too! Best buds!
I love your content wish you had a laundry breakdown for the top load washers like you did with front load washers!!
Do you mean, "how many pods to use"? That info is found on the laundry detergent package--choice of 1, 2 or max 3 pods per size of laundry load.
Hope this helped!
@@teewills3319 Hi I don't - I was referring to her question to see what videos we want to see. Since Melissa only uses a front loader, she has great in-depth content on how to care for front loaders but I was thinking it would be nice to see her content focused on a top load washer (which is my preference). Thanks!

Oh...I reread your original post. I get it now!
It was late when I watched this video and read the comments. I read your question completely different at early o'clock in the morning 🤭...
Thank you for your reply.
@@teewills3319 all good!!
Thank u for the great info on laundry 🧺 pods. Is it possible for you to make video on washer/dryer machine. I’m in market to buy new ones but there are so many to pick from. 🤔
cleanmyspace I love your videos! I have a dumb question. Are laumdry packs and pods the same thing?
I love the pacs and have used them eclusivley, but now they are way more expensive than liquid. Thanks to Brandon
I use the TruEarth detergent sheets. They are by far my favourite laundry detergent.
I use Tide Pods but have used them as a booster in order to mix in the detergent that is already used if it doesn’t clean my clothes well enough
I am a fan of your cleaning advise. Now I would like to know what brand your washer and dryer is😊.
I have been using pods for almost 10 years now, I recently switched to powder simply in an effort to minimize plastic waste. Powder is the only form that comes in a cardboard box. I also have something called an ecoegg which is supposed to be good for 70 washes and less toxic for water sources, unfortunately I found it didn't wash my laundry too well, but is okay for small loads that aren't very soiled.
Love your program!!Question.I have a 65 year old pecan dining table.Cat got on it and there are paw prints still showing.I have googled and tried e everything but stripping,to no avail.Any thing you can suggest.Cats must have a strange oil on their paws. Thanks!!!
I use liquid. I have used pods before but didn't think the little pack was enough. I may give them another try but will keep the liquid on hand for pre-washing stains.
I’ve been using Dropps since before covid. Had an accidental double order right before the shutdown so no problem there.
I’m careful not to overload my front loader so the only time I’ve had an issue with them not dissolving is on the high wind chill days (I live in an older mobile home) so I don’t do laundry in “bad” weather.
I do have a backup of liquid for the very occasional small load. I rinse with vinegar and have dryer sheets for the occasional load that needs a little help. Also, I’m trying Canadian based detergent strips next month when I’m out of Dropps
I use all 3 for different things. My favourite are the pods particularly the one for removing smells which does a great job on the armpits of the makes in my household. 😳
I am a die hard fan of the Tide Spring Meadow laundry packs (which are similar to the green and blue you have in the video). However, these are not easily available in my country and we can buy them through Amazon only, but they are extremely expensive. My parents had been to the USA prior to the pandemic and whilst returning they got these laundry packs from there. I used them alternately to the liquid I use (once the packs, next time the liquid), and believe me, whenever we did our laundry using these laundry packs, my clothes came out super clean, fresh and smelt great. I plan to use these in future as well because they give the best results , however, like I mentioned before these are super expensive, so until they are easily available in our markets/stores, I will alternately use my liquid.....
Have you tried scent beads or fragrance boosters instead? Downy unstppables equivalent
I always used powder (I think it costs less than liquid), but started buying pods for my job which requires lots of air travel. I didn't like the uncertainty of a liquid or powder spilling in my luggage. I started using them at home too and never had a problem with them not dissolving completely (I use Arm and Hammer.) Recently, my apartment installed He washers and I decided to get powder for home again so I can use less. I still travel with the pods.
BTW, I tried Cascade platinum dishwashing pods for the same reason (some hotels have dishwashers), and when I used them at home, my dishwasher consistently overflowed with suds and got the floor very wet. I went back to powder there too.
Also, as Technology Connections points out, the pods prevent you from being able to take advantage of pre-wash and regular wash cycles. They dissolve pretty much at once and then it's gone.
A very interesting video. Thank you! I will continue to use a liquid biodegradable detergent, and rinse with some vinegar.
As a truck driver I do my own laundry most of the time. I use the pods mostly. My wife buys hers/ours at buff city. It's a powder that smells great and you use very little. Buff city also sells dryer balls. I know this because my wife uses them. And they have a very clean smell
For years I used powdered detergent but it was messy and we have hard water so many times the detergent didn’t fully dissolve. I switched to liquid laundry detergent and that solved the problem but can be messy. Especially if you buy those large dispensers with a spigot and cup. I tried pods a few years ago, while convenient they are pricey and can be wasteful if you have a small load. Also most of the directions tell you to use two pods for large and extra dirty loads. I went back to liquid but buy in jugs on sale. I can easily adjust the soap slightly if needed. On average I spend about 9.4 cents a load with liquid vs. 22 cents a load for pods.
I use the pods and they work properly if you follow the directions! When I don't I have issues, live and learn! Consiering the sheets if I hear they are really great cleaners
I used to use only pods, but now I use them for my regular laundry as they contain fabric softener. So for my towels and sheets I use liquid detergent and use vinegar as a fabric softener. I use baking soda / vinegar/ liquid detergent for my whites. Definitely read the instructions on your detergent / washer / clothes as I was shocked on the actual amount actually needed.
Thank you for telling the world to leave the pods in their container. I hate this decanting everything trend
So do I.. I don’t use fabric softener at all I only use vinegar.. but esp for my towels
@@LoveIsInTheHouse I only found out about a year ago that fabric softener ruins your towels for absorption. I stopped using hot water for the washer and high heat in dryer .
Who knew ????
@@Lashlove16 wait why don’t you use hot water or high heat for towels? I’d like to read up on that myself if you remember where you heard that or found that out..
@@LoveIsInTheHouse if you read the instructions on your towels most will say warm water and medium or normal heat ( I only checked this recently when I saw a post on Instagram from a professional cleaning company say it ) I guess it’s too harsh and deteriorates the fabric faster ? I know microfiber high heat on the dryer will destroy the fabric from absorbing so much .
@@Lashlove16 wow I didn’t even know that but thanks for telling me..
I think it's best to keep using powder detergent. It is on the market for a reason all the years. My pods did not fully dissolved in the machine. Laundry sheets does not feel as effective as power or liquid detergent. Thanks Melissa for all the cleaning advice. Vinegar and baking soda are the best!😉
I agree
Hi from the UK. I use liquid because per wash, the pods are very expensive even more so with the spiralling cost of living. I dispense my liquid into a small ball which sits on top of the laundry. Thanks for such informative vlogs.
My first try was during summer and the all stach melted in the box. How to avoid this kind of laundry drama? Should I keep them in the fridge….?
I've been wondering this lately 🤔 I've got a new front loader Samsung and I like to use these capsules for ease of use. I've discovered lately that all settings (except for 15 min quick wash) has a prewash cycle before the main wash. Does the capsule get dissolved and wash away in the prewash cycle leaving nothing for the main wash? ❤️ your channel!!!
Great question!
Have you tried laundry sheets? Just curious how those workouts dirt, and especially in cold water...
I've been using strips for years now and haven't regretted it yet, best decision ever! Easy to dose, probably the most sustainable solution due to it just being laundry powder strips that come in a slim cardboard envelope, which is the other thing that they take no space to store whatsoever compared to most other laundry products. Highly recommend!
When using the strips, do you wash in warm or cold water? Wondering if they desolve well with cold water.
@@jesystar No issues whatsoever, never had any residue! I wash all my clothes in 30 degree celsius temp, towels and other things I might wash warmer and I have also done a 20 degree wash, never had an issue with the strips! I have a front load machine so you put the strips in the detergent tray but if you have a top load machine it goes in the front! I use the Tru Earth ones by the way but there's other brands too!
@@natwandering Thank you so much! Will definitely try them 😊
I'd love if you put Tide up against pods against the Dehydrated laundry sheets!
I have used all three forms of cleaners I prefer the powder it cleans much better. It is amazing the difference it makes to white tee shirts!
Love those pods. Love you too. Great channel but always catch it on RUclips
Hi melissa i would like to buy the makers mop but it is unavailable in australia where i live? will you be shipping to australia any time soon thanks for your help Chris
According to tests performed by consumer reports, even high end brands of laundry pods were out performed by liquid detergent as far as how well they actually clean. I personally used pods for years before switching back to liquid because I noticed that no matter how I used the pods(warm/cool water, number of pods, size of load) my clothes never came out clean and over time developed a funky smell. But it is my personal opinion that correct measurements of liquid detergent works better than pods.
Sooo use powder, thank you ☺️💖
