Some Unlock Requirement Updates for Everyone: - Lash has been reported to unlock after ulting 4+ people instead of 5+ - Mo & Krill have seem mixed results on when the unlock happens (I'll update if more concrete evidence comes out) - Grey Talon has been reported to unlock after killing an enemy with his Owl (Could be a second unlock method, or could be that it's 1k damage in a single instance to unlock) I'll update this comment if I hear about any other changes!

(between 1 and 3) (made easier by utilizing right click during carbine to hover) - Pocket: Only has to be a 4 man ult, not 5 - Warden: Get 3 kills with Binding Ward AS THE KILLING BLOW. I know that sounds ridiculous because it completely defeats the point of Binding Ward; however, that bitch has 2.6x spirit scaling and can easily proc Improved Burst, so go crazy. - McGinnis: Putting this last because I don't have it. But I have heard in-game form some Spanish guy that does have the skin that all he had to do was land the killing blow on 2 of the 8 BASE guardians. I have 11 of the 22 skins as of writing this.

Can confirm, and you don't need to pick up all 4. The death slam is the AOE where he throws them. I picked up 3 and threw them at the 4th.

As of right now, we don’t know if we’ll be able to keep the Christmas skins or not. There are also no bonuses for unlocking them all.

I've heard rumors that there is multiple ways to unlock each skin, or the other comment is correct that 1k damage might be all you need instead.
