Filianotti is an excellent tenor in all respects ,speaking as a tenor myself he is the one singer I would like to hear if he comes to visit London my only criticism of this excerpt might be that it actually looks too easy for him! hIs acting is very natural unlike the histrionic Villazon
It is hard to find a good recording of the cabaletta complete with both verses and a high note at the end. Look for Nicolai Gedda with Sills in 1971 for one.
