- Join me as I go through my Spring Style Inspiration board and identify the key pieces and outfits coming through for my own capsule wardrobe this year. I'm sharing my 3 style words and 3 style personalities too, in the hope that it will inspire you to find / use your own words to help build your Spring Capsule Wardrobe.
I've also pulled out some of the key pieces in my wardrobe to share with you, which I'll try on in a future Spring Capsule video. Hoping to make a mini Spring series. I think after a dreary Winter, I get so excited for Spring!

I’m super excited for a new season, so I thought it was about time to start thinking about my new Spring Capsule Wardrobe! I’ll be sharing an overview of all 30 items I’ve included in my capsule very soon too 🙌 Are you ready for the change of season or still very firmly stuck on Winter mode?
Hi Gemma - fantastic you have been able to stick with your no buy. I recently edited down my Pinterest wardrobe board from everything I had collected and it regally helped me to focus down on my personal style, you mentioned being selective with yours to build your outfits.

Great video. I liked how you limited your Pinterest inspo to items you have so you can focus on what you already own rather than obsessing about the new things you want. But it's also understandable that there are a few new things you're thinking about as well. I love that you can just wishlist them and see how you feel about them next year. It'll be so interesting to see how you feel about, say, the Dish dress in a year's time, and if you'll get more wear out of the knit dresses you have in the meantime.
It would be a good idea to buy replacement trainers soonish, though. That way, you can break them in (if necessary) while you still have your knackered ones, which give your feet a bit of variety.

That’s true about the trainers, but I do have one other pair of black converse style trainers that I wear quite often too that are so battered! 😊
Yes it could definitely be worth doing a review of my no buy wishlist to see how many of them I still realistically want to buy at the end of this.

Yea I’ve seen so much snow at home in Ireland too, to be honest London is just rain lately 😂 if nearly rather a bit of snow, nicer to look at xx
Love your videos! Beautiful and practical advice. I like that you are being realistic and want to be comfortable… buy yourself new converse - you can injure your feet with shoes that are worn out. Orthopedists say if you wear shoes often - they should be replaced each season because the interior support of the shoe wears out, also you should not buy used/vintage shoes as they will have shaped to someone else’s feet.
Thanks so much lovely! Yes I usually get some insoles out in when they go a bit flat but it’s a great point with shoes, I don’t want to damage my feet just for a no-buy challenge 🤪 I usually buy relatively unworn second hand shoes when I do xx
