Are you talking about making it diamond blue? Because in that case you can just paint it the right colors for your character.

I'll try to make one of those with my own skin, the only problem is that it has a second layer, so I'm not sure how I'm gonna do that.
Cool! For the second layer, you can add more foam on top of the base cube in the spots you need.

Hi! I would love to make it but it's not in my plans at the moment. If you want to see a darth vader helmet made out of foam check out Much Props, he made one and it looks pretty sweet! :)

If you want good templates for free right now, you should really check out Much Prop's build, it looks really good and the templates are free. :) As for me, I really don't know if I will even have time to make a vader helmet, sorry.
