Unfortunately I don't qualify to take the shot because there's family history of thyroid cancer. But watching a bunch of RUclipsrs on Semaglutide has helped me lose weight by cutting my portions and calories significantly! I've noticed they all eat around 400-500 calories per meal so I started doing just that! I'm on week 1 and I have already lost 7 pounds by eating 500 calorie meals 3x's a day! Thank you!
Thank you for talking about your glp-1 journey. I’ve maintained a 70+ pound weight loss for more than a decade, but those last 10 pounds have never budged. The food chatter still hounds me at times. I eat clean 95% of the time, lift heavy, walk daily, drink water, etc. I just started a compounded microdose about 10 days ago but for autoimmune, not officially for weight loss. I have several autoimmune conditions since childhood that are now mostly managed through lifestyle + thyroid med at the right dose for me + low dose naltrexone, but I still have a few symptoms. There is so much promise with microdosing glp-1 for this, but it’s hard to find providers who will prescribe for this purpose. If it helps autoimmune + those last 10 pounds go + the food noise gets squashed, I’d be thrilled. The FDA concerns me but they’ve been targeting my prescribed compounds and hormone replacement therapy for years and so far, I’ve been able to get them. Thanks again! I’m hopeful. You look fabulous and healthy!
Hi Keisha! Thank you for sharing your semagludtide journey with us, you are doing amazing! I'd love if you could post links to some of your favorite things to wear (I need to know where to get the off the shoulder sweat suit you're wearing in this and previous videos and the white turtleneck with tan fuzzy vest please)! You are amazing and thanks again for sharing, your tips are helping me so much!
Hi! Thank you!! I’ll try and be better about linking things!! The grey set is from H&M! Top (this specific one is out of stock): bit.ly/4funNC6 Bottoms: bit.ly/3VUwvCv The white turtle neck and the vest are both from TJ Maxx so I can’t link those unfortunately
This is probably my third video I’ve seen of yours since you came on my FYP page. I love that your exercise has turned into a part of your every day routine now. That’s exactly where I’m trying to be! Can you share the workout you were doing in your garage?
It’s taken a while to get here but I’m happy to have it be part of my routine! I actually wasn’t following a workout and was just doing random moves that I felt like doing 😅
I don’t usually follow any specific videos! I just do whatever movements I feel like doing for the day. I can start sharing more specific details on exactly what I’m doing in future vlogs in this series!
As for tips, I’d say 1. Find something “low effort” that you can do as the bare minimum. For me, I tell myself that I’ll walk on the treadmill for 30 mins and if I still don’t feel like doing a workout after that, I’ve at least gotten steps in. Most of the time I’ll end up doing some strength after anyway. 2. Find a workout that works for you. Whether it’s cardio, a class, strength, etc. Find something you actually enjoy so it makes it a bit easier to go 3. I prefer going in the morning because I get it out of the way and don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day. If I wait until later in the day, I find that I’ll make 1,000 excuses to not go 4. Sometimes if I don’t feel like working out, I’ll watch some health/wellness/weightloss vlogs and those will usually give me a little boost to go myself Those are just a few I could think of and type out. I could make a dedicated video and go more into detail on this!
I’ve been staying up to date on your vlogs & when I opened this video I noticed a drastic change in your face. Your jawline is doing its thing girl! Keep crushing it 🤩
You should be sharing more details about what dosis are you on now , side effects , and also are you weighing every week ? Cause I was interested in your journey but seems like you are all over the place
If you’ve followed along with the journey, I have shared all of this… I’ve mentioned multiple times that I’m on .5mg and had no plans on increasing the dosage. I’ve mentioned multiple times that I don’t have any side effects anymore. All the side effects I did deal with were early in the journey (and all documented in my videos). I also provide a weigh in update at the end of every video and say what weight I’m ending the week at. Now my videos are mostly what I’m eating, working out and more of my routine as all of that has been covered.
It only feels all over the place if you're not keeping up from the beginning - its like watching a tv series and starting on episode 10 instead of 1 - it wont make any sense. She is right and she has mentioned all of this in her previous uploads (coming from soneone who has watched every video in the playlist) 🤔💗
Would love to see a 10 things I wish I knew about Semaglutide before I started or a tips and tricks video!
Oooo love this!! Already writing down my ideas for it ✍🏽💡

Are you taking your semiglutide through your pcp or a medspa? - curious to start but hoping insurance can help me because it’s so expensive 😢
I’m getting it through a medspa! Hopefully you can get yours covered 🤞🏽
HOW MUCH DID YOU WEIGH WHEN YOU STARTED
I’ve been staying up to date on your vlogs & when I opened this video I noticed a drastic change in your face. Your jawline is doing its thing girl! Keep crushing it 🤩
Ahh thank you so much!!!! 🥹🫶🏼
I’m so scared to take these with all the side effects. Did you have any side effects? I have thyroid too.
I did initially! Mainly weeks 1-3. I talk through a lot of that in my week 1 video! At this point, I’ve been good to go!
I'm hoping I'll hit my goal in March!
Yesss you got this!!
I'm trying to lose weight also . How many calories a day have you had to cut? Do you eat half as much as you used to?
I cut my calories to between 1,350-1500ish! I’m not sure what I was eating before but I assume around 2,000+
i WATCH YOU ALL THE TIME I LOVE YOUR ENERGY AND YOUR FACE LOOKS SMALLER, YOU LOOK GOOD!
Thank you so much!!
