It's called X to ascendant
Here is a tip, if deadlock uses their seize on you don't take it off if you weren't going to run it doesn't give them info only when you tap it and you also are crouching so your first bullet inaccuracy is lower
It actually makes a noise when it catches someone

I can’t find a clip but whenever I use it and it hits someone it sounds like it makes a second high pitch noise

Fun fact, I'm terrible with hitting my raze ults, like legitimately have an average of 0.1 kills with raze ult.. Where i to know where that omen was excatly may have made me try and get the ace with the op, but i didn't so scaring them from peaking me was by far my safest option. If i were to miss, the omen would've likely made me bait out and lose by time pressure.
