Murray Cod in Gorge Country

It's been raining hard all week and the water is a filthy, chocolatey brown, but this hasn't stopped the guys from heading into the waterways of Glenn Innes in search of Murray Cod. With a little help from expert guide, Ben Lockwood, their chances might improve but it's going to be a hard slog getting these fish to find the lure, let alone bite.

For people who work in the 'fishing industry' I'd expect much better fish handling techniques. These are not salt water species. Quite pathetic really.
