#Massachusetts #Racism #Immigrants
I’m black I’m conservative and most time I don’t see things as racism but Boston is the one time I can truly say I experience racism in my life and I been all over the country
This city I here is also heavily segregated.
Mandela travelled to Boston/Massachusetts in 1990. to thank them for all their support.
They supported Mandela, all while they practiced their own, lite unofficial version of Apartheid.
Typical liberal hypocrisy. Stop voting Democrat please, brother.
I wish this conversation went deeper. It was an echo of countless other conversations previously had about the immigrant and non-white experience in the U.S. However, I think this video is interesting because it mentioned Boston’s veiled, passive aggressive racism and another RUclipsr I watch mentioned some time ago that she experienced that in Boston.
I'd like to hear from whites of their experiences of racism and how they feel about being made a devil figure by channels like NBC.
People are so rude in the comments. Look just because you never had any issue with race does not mean you will invalidate other's experiences
It's probably mostly white people who've never left the US
Go to literally any country in the world and you will experience racism if you are a minority. Its not just Boston lol
very true.
work in progress.
find areas news worthy, probably.
They like to feel “special”. The truth is that if they don’t like it they can be deported.
True but if we are talking about America alone, Boston is still one of the more racist states.
@@UuU1001. really?
Did not know that
True but the USA 🇺🇸 considers itself and its policies free of rascism and wrongdoing. That’s the point immigrants are making 🤔
I looked up racism in Massachusetts bc I recently moved here, and honestly I didn’t expect the passive aggressive behavior. Like Boston is such a big city with plenty of immigrants, but you could feel the little uncomfortably of some non poc folks when you approach or talk to them. Even Doctor made me and my mom feel this way. And I think that’s why they didn’t take time to give her proper care, she could have die smh.
Keep everything to the point with them, don't try to have friendly conversations. They don't want to be your friend and they don't want you living where they live.
I see our sister gorgeously and fashionably representing the motherland😍🫶🏾🤎. Much respect to both your journeys and upholding your essence.
Items about how you look. The lady keeps saying " West African " No its not only that it's because your Black! Same for the Asian dude but he's more realistic.
Thank you.
It's ok to be white and want to live among your own.
great then move back to europe. better yet, go find an empty island and stay there with all your buddies
@@babs_babs you'll follow them there all the same, even to antarctica.
Petra is still available , Mt. Seir, are the Cactus Mountains are still there
@@anthonymurdock3107 do you promise not to follow. like a lost dog looking for his master, then when it finds master, it bites him on the hand 😵💫
Do you also refuse to live near people who have a different hair color than you?
When the pastor at church keeps asking, “what is your name,” because it’s American and doesn’t fit their narrative 🙄
Massachusetts is pretty diverse. If you’re experiencing racism it’s probably by another minority.
then you must not of traveled to other places, massachusetts is not diverse lol
How about sharing experiences with how hospitable most people in America actually are. Oh wait, that goes against the divide and conquer narrative we need right MSM?
Agreed. They are lucky they haven’t been deported
Well said 👏🏻
@skateandcreate9
As an immigrant most Americans are good people, but racism is still American's birth defect.
Of course, most Americans are good people and kind. But the issue of racism also needs to be addressed seriously.
Additionally, I am not interested in the MSM narrative..
So we are only supposed to talk about how great America is and nothing else?
Far left propaganda
@ou8r122 For whatever differences white and black have, how is is better for either to add all these new groups that have not been living among each other for hundreds of years. It is just more fuel for the fire, it is not better for black (or white) at all. Two groups might be able to somewhat see eye to eye, but how are 50 groups going to?
My friend is an immigrant and a lawyer. She purchased an expensive house and people would ask her stupid questions like “ how she can afford mortgage , if she was a housekeeper etc”.
You gotta be ignorant to ask these type of questions. Is common sense NOT to ask.
Her kids would suffer at school so she moved.
She says, "How can we create an African community in this larger white community?" What if a white American moved to Ghana, and said, "How can we create an American community in a larger black community?" Get my point?
They did it was called colonization. There were many white groups that were created from immigrants. Don't make this complicated.
I experience racism, but guess what more people are being hospitable.
Wow, what a boring story.
Massachusetts, Idaho, New Mexico there's always racists everywhere so not surprised about their experiences. Massachusetts is a nice state regardless
Only 40% Caucasians in Massachusetts.
Then leave?
Nobody wanted you to come here in the first place.
Thank you
Or people could just not be racist. But your solution is “oh you don’t like racism? Then leave”. Swallow nails.
everythang racist 😢
MASS is a small state. But, Boston is a famous city. Yes, Boston does have people who are racists. But, Boston also has many nice people too.
Just like other big cities: NYC, D.C., Philadelphia, Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seatle, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, ect...
Boston is a diverse city. Harvard and MIT are two famous universities in Cambridge, Mass. Racism is still happen in many cities, not just Boston.
Why do the presenters have to be the same race and gender as their interviewees? 🤔
Racism
Demi Lovato says 'aliens' is derogatory against extraterrestrials
The politically correct term is Zeta Reticulans
So ridiculous
Aotearoa, New Zealand and Aotearoa New Zealand are all official names for my country.
Kia Ora (Be well) is our official greeting. Our anthem is sung in Māori and English.
South Africa, once apartheid, has been ruled by dark brown for 39 years.
Why is racist America asleep when the rest of the world 'woke' up decades ago?
Isn't South Africa on the verge of collapse *due* to the new leadership?
Which I think I should remind you, began taking reprisals against White Citizens after it took power.
Not a good comparison.
Also America has long "Woken up", it ended Institutionalized Slavery nearly 180 years ago, and has since ended Segregation. Not sure what else you want America to do, besides make it Illegal to be Racist... which would be contradictory to the First Amendment.
here we go again...... more poor me folks... at least you know your family... be thankful
Colonial mentality is strong here
Ugh. Victim mentality. Stop. Yes. Sometimes you will encounter hardship. I am an immigrant. I have been profiled before. You soak it in and you use it a fuel to do better and be better and move forward. Life is hard. It was probably hard for the Irish and British and Italian and German immigrants that make 99.99% of the East cost as well…they probably faced hardship too. Such is life. Most of these kids are gonna be fine and probably have wonderful lives and great job prospectives. Specially in MA….so diverse! I’ve lived everywhere and I became a citizen a year ago. I’ll also brown. But I no longer subscribe to this victim hood mindset.
As a minority, racism is on the very bottom of the list or non existent when choosing a criteria for a city/state. Boston Mass is one of the best ranked cities/state in almost every major category but reporters and news outlets like this one chooses to completely disregard this considerably basic fact. I would expect things like crime, education, healthcare, economy, etc. would be more important rather than trying to push this narrative onto young people but what do i know.
Are you saying it shouldn’t be talked about ? You should take some time and look in too the history of the racism and when there was segregation. It needs too be talked about so it doesn’t happen again. And so these ignorant people can learn too grow and not be a racist POs
I prefer to know this before moving to a new location. Feeling welcomed and accepted by the community we live in is important.
When in doubt, pull the race card😂
Great audio

hi💚Ms.Ghana 🥂
&,Regarding Immigrants,
They are Humans too ⛳️🏌🏾♀️
Immigrations Agreements:
"DONT SOCIALIZE WITH THE BLACKS!"
🔥How,PITIFUL!
Agree - you need to move on to important things like education and unemployment which is the underbelly of all issues with social cohesions and pollution and lifestyle
E
Tf you thought America was lol they came for the dream tho
Shame on American laws for not dealing with racialism
