And if you find your cruise and know a Travel Agent they can usually get you some more onboard credit than you can get booking direct. As a TA, that's why my client's book through me.
Why not book the cruise as soon as you see it so you can get you room you want, then later maybe during the wave time frame, recheck the pricing. The cruise lines will honor the lower price if the cruise is not paid for in full.
Yep, you can absolutely do this and thank you so much for mentioning because that was something I was going to say and completely forgot. I think my brain is already on vacation 🤣
@@tduck828 Yep, we have done this before with RC and I completely forgot to mention it. Yea, I always suggest continuing to look at prices to see if they drop after booking. Thanks for mentioning this for others to see!
You need travel insurance - more so if you need a medical evacuation on a ship!! Could cost $25-$100,000….. some countries won’t even touch you without that payment! 🚢
I know that’s crazy and I’ve been on ships where people have been airlifted off and unfortunately when I talked to their family they said they didn’t have travel insurance. I felt so bad .
@@KristinSaad-yw9cb, I see many people say that Allianz is the best. That said, I had insurance thru NCL on my first cruise this past Feb. I'm going again this coming Feb, and I've decided I'm going to risk it, with no insurance.

RC will reprice even if paid in full, the only date that matters to them is final payment date for cruise.

Thank you!
Don’t ever fly in to Atlanta…nightmare
I agree. I try to avoid booking Delta at as much as possible.
Is there a travel insurance you prefer?
I’ve used Travelinsurance.com and Allianz in the past. Both you can get a quote to see which you prefer to go with.
The black Friday deals are a shell game to be the same price before the sale.
Not always....you have to keep up with the prices to see what is actually a sale!
I don’t see any real deals from prices before the supposed sale!
@@richardmaurer7286 MAS have an actual sale going on.
I will judge you without insurance, for under $200 you can protect your 4000 trip.
Is there a travel insurance that you recommend? I'm taking my first cruise in June😊
