just want to say, the first game I played on talon was BB AA 9 months ago when everyone chose fly and BB hasn't got the damage buff

I don't understand clearly what you mean by that but I remember playing talon during the score shield buddy barrier meta with a goal getter(yes lol) and literally scoring 200+ points and top damaging almost every single time. Boy oh boy how the meta has changed from back then legit feel like a boomer lol

the gap between fly and brave bird has almost closed off imo fly is better if your team is extremely un coordinated and has bad secure brave bird is better with a more normal team comp as all you do is wait for the enemy to overcommit and get ur ez kill.
Fly good secures but really bad damage overall it's more of a hit and run.
On brave bird if you miss one aerial ace you are gone there's no getting out of it .
