1:42 lots of people will scuttle if they think the fight is going on for too long in solos. Some people will try to pull off a cheeky board in the very beginning but if they dont make it they'll scuttle as well.
if the fights going on too long, i wont scuttle but i will stop fixing holes and just bucket lol

@@elliotbeauregard5060 why not try it out if it's that easy, I mean it must be extremely easy to approach a double gunner, and also it must be very hard to hit someone 1 and a half times without ever getting in their attack range
@@elliotbeauregard5060 the thing most double gunners don’t realize with sword use is, no the thing doesn’t require aim, however it does require awareness of your opponent and proper positioning. Especially if you’re facing a double gunner. If you run in wildly swinging then you’re dead, especially against a blunder. You gotta pay attention to when they wanna rush blunder you and when they need to reload. If a double gunner gets caught in sword swings, that’s their own fault for not creating enough space.

I always get a good hearty laugh when double gunners get angry at sword. Its the main reason I use it, because when you kill people like you the anger bleeds through the screen and feeds me :)

i dont understand the toxicity between "sword user click click run away click click" because if you're double gunning you are going to be getting distance more often than a sword user because you have to reload your weapons after you've missed your second shot

I grinded solo 300 levels, it's super fun and fast! But at a certain mmr it become impossible to get any streaks, only sweats full of chains from game 1

You are a skilled one, but can you tell me one thing: you misses both shots with your doublegun loadout, than got killed by a sword and complain. Why? This is 100% your mistake, because when you pick doublegun you must understand that this is high risk-high reward. Argument "this is no brainer for swordlord" dont work, cause this is one of the intended gamestyles (welp, i think devs was thinking that you always have a sword and another weapon, its a pirate game after all :) ), and you get punished for mistake. You can say this is a momentarally frustration, but why include that in the video than?

I made 50 levels by solo and it starts impossible for fighting. Match making start pull against me super sweat pirates. Im not sure if its random or not. But it is what it is. If before that i can make some streaks like 10 wins or even more, for now i cant win absolutely.
I feel like the time of day has an impact, I find easy fights at 7pm or like 3am

I like pvp but I'm on last gen so I get the joy of 5 minutes loading screens before I can respawn. One moment I'm about to win, next minute I'm trapped in the ferry for all of eternity only to awaken to my ship 50 light-years away from where I need to be. :(

That is pretty recent, especially if you consider that until 3 days ago, it was still the current season. Further, the player count has been in a stable range for the past 2-3 years. The game is thus objectively speaking as dead or alife as it was when you last played. The game is not suddenly dead just because some small youtuber stopped playing it. If you want to stick to this whole youtube thing you may want to consider growing a thicker skin, if the above comment already triggered you, "lmao".

@@krisk3988 Sword requires a bit of skill, as you have to move well to dodge shots and land attacks, try using the sword on a double gunner without knowing the slightest about positioning, you will only take a blunderbuss bullet in the face and will die without being able to react, in fact, anyone who complains about the sword is probably a bad player

it's not the 4 hit that makes rage, it's the not-aimed blundy and the Ill-try-to-kill with the sword. Whenever it doesn't work, they run away and try again... it's just no skill needed
2 months playing and I never won a single fight, dunno how you ppl do it, I either get destroyed in minutes or it lasts forever and I run out of supplies, I'm never getting that skeleton curse wish I could just buy it
