- Here is a quick look at the late bred 2024 racing pigeons off of Falco x Panaca. I think we have something special here! Two of the four birds off this pair will be available for transfer. Panaca is a line-bred Kittel/Rosita.

@@judyrobertson2253 I did know that, thanks to an insider I have who’s an expert on the subject 🥰
Keeping them all is a GREAT idea!
They are very nice birds.

Why don’t you keep these awesome birds?
@@miguelm3676 That is a good question!! 😁 Multiple reasons:
1) I don’t have room for all of them considering I will be getting a bunch of birds back from OLRs at the end of the year.
2) I have to sell birds to pay for racing fees; I don’t have money to cover it otherwise
sigh, unless i win some money i cant afford one of these guys this year... but i can always hope for the future
@@fabricdragon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
James!!! Send the BB with all white toe nails my way. I’ll test it. 😊😉
@@chuhucha7chabrothersloft603 😆😆😆
Yuuuup. white toenails on a dark bird supposedly is a tie breaker- thats is, if you have two birds that are otherwise EQUAL and you have to pick one, you pick the white toenails... i dont worry about it, but thats the rumor
@@fabricdragon White toenails are completely neutral with respect to breeding prowess. It’s akin to saying pick a bird that has one white flight in each wing over one that is entirely pigmented. Not sure how that misconception arose in the racing pigeon community but there are several big fanciers that promote it. Oh well.
We’re can I order from you

Do you have any silver cock birds for sale? Thanks
@@zackzhang2006 Thanks for your interest! They are already sold. I will have more silver cocks in 2025
How can you determine their sex?
@@schweinhund7966 Color is a sex-linked trait in pigeons. So if you have a red hen paired to a blue cock children that are red will always be male
@@RFRP thank you for the education. So I assume seeing a Pigeon in a park would be a serious challenge to determine gender short of a DNA test?
@@schweinhund7966 behavior is one of the best ways to determine gender. Cocks strut about fanning their tails to get the attention of hens. When you see that behavior it’s a dead giveaway
@@RFRP thank you! You are my “professor” for pigeon study. While I am not seriously interested in racing them as I have a very busy international travel schedule I teach some students about all forms of communication and of course I mention pigeons from WWI and WWII.. most look at me like I am lying or teasing bit as I’m sure you know they were quite effective and in my OPINION have great potential today in a world of electronic warfare. Despite mentioning this skillset in poverty stricken places, no students have implemented pigeons as they all want high tech stuff…. Anyway, I appreciate your responses and will keep them in mind for future classes. Best wishes for your pigeons bringing home the trophy and $.
@@schweinhund7966 cool to hear about your teaching opportunities! I’m getting close to finishing 2 videos catered to the general public that may be of interest. Please do keep in touch. Find me on Facebook, IG or the like. Thanks again!!
If you pair an ash red hen to a blue cockbird, the ash red offspring will be cockbirds as you know, and the blue offspring will be hens - so no need to DNA test the blue ones with that pairing. 😊
@@jacqshippy 😆 Oh boy! Yes, that’s true; not sure where my brain was for a second there! Toooo funny! Where’s the quality control on this channel anyways?
Where can i inquire. On some of your pigeons
