- Got a little event together with my group SFBAJA and hit the Fordyce trail. Almost made it to Winch Hill 1 but made it across the river and it was a perfect day out and i'm glad we got to take advantage! This was much needed after being stuck in the house so long!!
Nice video. I like that you didn't add music to it. I like the sound of the engines and the Jeeps smashing into rocks :-).
One of the top videos I have found. Some great looking Jeep builds in a beautiful area. No idiotic sound track. Wish there were more videos on RUclips like this.
Awesome video! We must have gotten stuck in traffic before the first obstacle
What an awesome trip! There is so much water there right now. We are going to have to go soon. We just went on the rubicon trail yesterday and I was surprised that there was hardly any snow. Great upload! New to your channel. I looking forward to seeing more.
Kathys Outdoor Adventures Thanks so much, there will be lots more!!! We’re doing a huge Rubicon trip on June 12-14
@@JeffHallPhotography Oh nice! Maybe we will see you up on the trail.
Great video and no annoying music. It really looked like fun!
Did they recently dynamite some of the big rocks? I know they did at Little Sluice on the 'Con a few years ago. My cousin and I did Fordyce trail many years ago when we mountain biked out there and lots of the rocks were huge and nightmarish. He floated his Jeep on one crazy creek crossing. I nearly flopped my 'junk several times!
I know videos never do tough trails or steep grades justice. You guys made it look easy and I know it's not a beginner's trail!! I only needed to do THAT trail once! Never again!!
Looks like a ton of fun. Everyone should check their diff fluid after that one...saw a few with water over the door sills
David Moran Agreed!! Always good to check
Good to see you using that Jeep Jeff! Great video! Hopefully we can put that stereo in it and make it even more badass!!
Brian Muenter I need a stereo bad!!!!!! 😭
@@JeffHallPhotography well we're finally open again, maybe we can look into it again. "Revaluate everything" ya know!? Let me know, I'll be at work all week and so forth
Great video. I can’t wait for my diesel gladiator
Smarter Than You HELL YES!!!!
Jeff Hall Photography I’m getting some conflicting messages. I’m gonna be driving it every day so I’m thinking 37” Evo Grapplers for every day driving and to run up to my cabin in big bear in the winter and then for wheeling, 39” BFG MTs which are exactly 38” tall mounted on a gladiator.
If I truss the axles and run RCVs with ARBs and 4.56 do you think I’ll be ok for stuff like Moab ?
Smarter Than You minimum 4.88’s for those tire sizes. I would go 5.13’s
i keep being told i can do this stuff in my stock JL Sahara. Then I see rigs with these huge tires and i just don't believe it lol
@@gunner_mike Fi you have the right line, you absolutely can!
@@JeffHallPhotography I just got invited to hit Fordyce but I’m bone stock. Thanks for informing newbies like myself that you don’t need 37’s to have fun!
Nice Video Jeff
Cedric Johnson Thank you!!
Do you remember what the water level was at?
Man I wanna drive that trail and run my RC trail trucks!
Is it me or end of video sounds like dirty talk lol
Did you change the gearing with the 40 inch tires? If so, are you running 5.13 or 4.88? Thanks in advance!
EXOPLANET NOMAD All stock! Proving to friends that the stock Dana 44’s are bad ass
3.6 is obsolete
Troll much?? lmao
