    Sad to see the washes are no longer regular. Still, does bring images of SP locomotives looking like that all the time.

    I believe the leader and for sure the second unit on the coal train are both the 4 motors on 6 axle units. We get those on run through power with unit grain trains, they are not well liked.

      The ES44c4s. We hate them on the bn side of bnsf. Constant wheel slip in the winter/ rain, and often drops its load. They don’t belong in Montana, Minnesota etc. should be on the southern transcon only

    What happened to all the MACs? lol Glad to see the ACEs back in service

      No idea, they seem to mostly be in local service along the MRL (namely the Gas Local) and on the road trains like the LAUMIS/MISLAU. Correct me if that's changed recently. A bunch of MACs were sent there not too long ago to be reactivated.

    How dirty they are, is it really so difficult to get locomotives to the wash? This didn't happen before. Sad. 4407 and 4404 are generally covered in soot, they just turned black.
