Rocket launchers are one shot only. It was either make a stupid long reload or make them break every single time. At least till I can find a way to make the pilot get out of the mech, crawl up the side with a backpack, and shove new rockets in the tubes one at a time. Then go back in the cockpit.
After watching Baradul for almost four years… here I am many, many months after the video came out and I’m still pointing at the screen and shouting “AMS! The AMS ammo you’ve been wanting! It’s right there! Buy some!” Only for him to scroll past it many times. Never gets old. XD
I installed the same mods that you have linked in the description, but my Null Signature System acts like normal module instead of a armor mod. Have you changed some mods further into the series?
In the future if you hit a component and it starts to flash it means that an ammo explosion is imminent and you should leave it be. If you blow the component off the ammo explosion won't trigger
I feel like you should think about the Medium Laser Array the same way you think about the Disco Lasers in Rogue Tech. You need a Mech that fields multiple with massive cooling. also: the builds this time were amazing but i feel like you still need to tweak the stealth rocketeer some.
I've never used the Gatlings but I love the Chain Guns, they've been a hard carry for me, ngl. Never played MW5 without mods so I don't know how easy (or not) it is otherwise.
Easy/mid game is decent end game can be tough due to limited placement for equipment so having the perfect build can be the difference between success or failure
@@chrisyoder8985 Yeah I tend to play defensive, mixed weapon builds (mostly MLaser) for sustain in the late game. But Chain Guns make me lazy. The problem is MW5 sets 4 against innumerable odds for no good reason so you have to build accordingly...
They are probably not going to be that good but, I would love to see a build with the continues lasers that gets better and hotter, the longer you fire them, and in a mech with enough cooling to run them properly. Might be really good at base destruction?
There is a point where too many item choices is too much. Just like Roguetech, you get penalized for hauling all that crap around. And the ammo mod can go straight to the bin.
The whole pilot system could be so much better easily. Players want to improve and invest in their crew, not drop and swap with no feel. Imo the biggest failure in this pretty great game. SO EASY TO FIX.

The TTrules AI mod bugs out the AI in a lot of the solaris matches. They just sit there.

ppc-x are no joke. i have a phoenix hawk with 2, and its held my unit together. tears mechs apart

Ha, told ya the ppc-x are cool! The AI does wonders with them, any aerospace goes zip zip before it can fire.

That math is *very* rough because 999,999 seconds / 3,600 seconds per hour = 277.7775 hours, i.e. slightly more than 11.5 days. :)
