- On Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. ET, the Subcommittee Oversight & Investigations will hold a hybrid oversight hearing titled, “The Role of Public Relations Firms in Preventing Action on Climate Change." This hearing will take place in 1324 Longworth House Office Building and via Cisco WebEx and will be streamed on RUclips. what are they asking for? public relations from companies is allowed. What is the question? I'm really tired of whatever people don't like mentioning that cigarettes companies lied about research and promoted their products. That proves literally nothing when mentioned in conversations about anything besides about cigarettes. It adds no credibility whatsoever.
So what happened with Dr Christy statements?
They wore out their welcome because they are incorrect nonsense.
What are y'all doing to counter AK Rep. Peltola, since she's supporting expansion of extractive industries in Alaska including drilling in ANWAR. The cost of "eggs and bacon" doesn't matter when we poison our air and allow the planet to die so that we can continue to enrich corporations.
We NEED to do something else.

The "climate change" you so fervently believe in is no longer an argument that you can win, just because you think that science is "on your side". Leaving aside whether or not the word itself can be animated by you alone, in support of all the things you believe in, the many arguments against your version of "climate change" formerly known as global warming before that had to be, updated, are quite sound and well grounded. I encourage you to hear them with an open mind.
