Getting back to de-rusting that frost gameplay. Starting to feel much better as haste goes up and up. Once we get these arena1/2/3 Deeps and R1 Frostbolts back online, we're locked in.
Max rank for damage, r1 for control. Sometimes rank1 so you can get Fingers of Frost proc - super helpful if you want to deep freeze without a nova. Very worth using a couple r1 bolts once in a while.
