If she is dog friendly then getting her a confident dog friend would help her a lot. Often times a very shy and insecure dog does great when they have a confident dog to learn from and rely on for emotional support.
Frequent outside trips. And, washing with white vinegar and soapy water will take the smell out. When it's dry, you won't smell the vinegar anymore. Love the bed!

My measurements were specific to the dog bed cushion I purchased. So whatever the measurements of the cushion would be the measurement of the build
