    This is exactly ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS what I needed to get some exercise while I'm stuck at my desk all day. It's just the right size. Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

    too bad any time you more than 100 lbs you'll slide forward uncontrollably. this thing needs a seat belt

    this works the bottom of the thighs. if you put enough weight on it you'll feel it.

    My gym just bought this piece of garbage. 23 different adjustable positions, but it's impossible to squeeze beyond a 90 degree knee bend.

    Piss poor design. Restricts full contraction of the muscle. No good way to do single leg curls. Stick to a lie down leg curl.
