Fully automatic fly ash bricks cum paver blocks/ interlocking tiles making two-in-one machine से हर रोज़ 15 हज़ार ईंटें बनाई जा सकती हैं। Fly ash bricks environment friendly होने की वजह से सरकार भी fly ash और paver block / interlocking tiles manufacturing को promote कर रही है। हर ईंट पर सारे खर्चे निकालने के बाद अलग-अलग इलाकों में एक से दो रूपये का मुनाफा होता है। High strength and cheaper cost bricks होने की वजह से सरकारी एजेंसियां, ग्राम पंचायतें, बिल्ड़र और हाउसिंग सोसाईटीज इन्ही ईंटों को ज्यादा खरीद रही हैं। Automatic fly ash machine में automatic material feeder, automatic pallet feeder, hydraulic pressure & vibration system और automatic brick stacking system होने से कम लेबर और लागत में ज्यादा production होता है। एक ही मशीन में die change कर अलग अलग shape, size की bricks और paver blocks बनाये जा सकते हैं जिससे mannual paver block vibration table से paver block बनाने के लिए plastic/ pvc moulds की भी जरूरत नहीं रह जाती। Red bricks soil की upper layer को खराब करता है जिससे हजारों hectare जमीन हर साल बंजर हो रही है। इस तपाने के लिए भी भट्टेी से environmental pollution होता है जबकि coal thermal power plants की by product fly ash से ईंटे बनाकर environmental conservation भी हो रहा है। इसीलिए केंद्र सरकार और राज्या सरकारें fly ash briks manufacturing को प्रोत्साहन दे रहीं हैं। कई राज्यों की सरकारों ने तो red brick kilns (लाल ईंट भट्टा) बंद करने का फैसला भी लिया है। ऐसे में भविष्य के इस high profit business को करके कम से कम हर महीने Rs 4.5 लाख से 10 लाख तक कमाए जा सकते हैं। इसके लिए fly ash bricks के अलग अलग कैपेसिटी के स्वदेशी मॉडल उपलब्ध हैं। अपने निवेश के अनुसार fly ash bricks / paver block plant लगाया जा सकता है।

@@businesskaisekarein I have recently heard lots of complaint about manufacturer that they never answer any calls nor they reply back in text message,in between lots of people told they take booking amount from everybody and commit to deliver machine with a maximum of 2 months time but they are not giving machine even in 6( six ) months and if we speak loudly for our stuck money they straight away cancell the order and don't pick up any calls until someone physically visit Gujrat in there factory to see them.this is pathetic
