Ya know... Somewhere round '97 (plus or minus a moon or two) I had an amazing summer experience at a show in Up-State NY where Brian Wilson opened for Paul Simon... He played this song and changed me (...the way he does every single time I listen to his music) but oh my god and jesus as well..! Nataly you just broke me open, I mean all the way open. All the hurt in me, all the ache, the thousand lifetimes of sorrow stuffed into every one of my thirty nine years feels like was somehow washed away by each and every tear. You guys (i just recently found Pomplamoose and Scary Pockets, which lead me here) don't even know the profound impact your gifts have had on my life these past two weeks. I'm definitely going to hook up with Patreon and all that but omg you've all saved some part of my soul..! PostScript: I absolutely adore you and jack and haven't smiled this much in a while... All of your music (solo, pomp, pockets, and collaborators), and watching you all have so much fun, and omg i can't even imagine how much work all of you must have put into everything... All of it, everything you've all shared... Seriously, thank you all! Um... This is a SPECTACULAR song! The middle eight is probably the best middle eight of all time.
I just love how genuine and connected you are to the songs you sing. That's not something you can fake. The simplicity of the guitar with just your voice make for music that really resonates with me. Whoever is doing you video editing is also on point. The honesty conveyed when you look directly into the camera gives me the feels. Want to grab dinner sometime ;)

Wish I could make it to your West Coast concert but sadly I have an unchangeable conflict with the date. I am sooo saddened. But soooo grateful for what you have produced online!
