The way you get kinda lulled into lowering your guard only for that "and boy, i thought i knew what being raped was". Got the first out loud chuckle while alone from me in a bit.
I think the absolutely degenerate bits like this still manage to stop short of the line by being a. about hypothetical characters who are also impressions and b. ridiculous in a way that constantly escalates
You know, they say that every dog has its day, and that was certainly the case in prison. We had a calendar set up in the yard and every day on a rotating basis, someone from a different race would grab me by the collar and choke me half to death as I was dragged into a cell for what the guards eventually dubbed, the puppy pound. Which sounds innocent until you realize that they were pounding my mouth and asshole until I was stuffed like a canoli.
Funnily enough, a business man bought the remains of DMC’s assets and had them shipped over from the factory in Dunmurry, Northern Ireland, to Texas. Even to this day you can call up the company and pay them around $50K and have them build you what’s effectively a new DMC-12.
Funny how Nick's bits are way better now that he has the safety of tanking the show. He's letting himself care again. He is 100% gonna commit suicide when it's over
tell me why naperville is just a bunch of car dealerships and thats about it, i would say i know which toyota dealership this is since i live by naperville but theres like 50 of them.

I would kill to hear another bit like this again. TAFS makes me so sad. Nick has no one to riff off of. He's almost got going a couple times but Adam never adds anything and can't even laugh to egg Nick on. He just says, "That's hilarious," in his stupid fucking pilled out vocal fry. I want my boys back.
It is pretty clear that TAFS is trying to be the next Tim and Eric or something similar. TAFS is very similar to something you watch on Adult Swim at like 1am. It's pretty lame for the hardcore fans but I can see why the boys want to sell their show to a mainstream network or production company.
@@afrocoolio25 the next tim and eric? lol no where near the same. tim and eric is mostly cringe/surreal humor. tafs feels like a long running cumtown joke to me.
I will never feel the happiness and excitement I felt in my youth. I’m not even that old but this painful realization is setting in already. All the drugs, anabolic steroids, vapes, porn, sex, guns, cars, houses, video games, money, all of it is empty. Would a major life change help, or is the grass just greener from here and I’ll just be more empty and numb? These are the questions I’m facing daily. Oh yeah, I’m here so guess I’m gay.
I love how you can hear just how upset Nick is at Stav for trying to sound smart with his knowledge of the US route 40 going through a Maryland highway
I love the most about this lore is that the police, detectives, the judges all concluded that Jim from Fondelac was not using self defense for being raped because they think he was into it.
I am really appreciative of the Midwestern representation. I thought the thumbnail photo of the Naperville Toyota dealer was just a weird coincidence but nope!
It's kinda like how in the 80s and 90s we just accepted that every sitcom had a laugh track, but then in the 2000s Hollywood started making sitcoms without laugh tracks. And now you go back and watch 80s/90s sitcoms and you realize how annoying and distracting laugh tracks actually are. A show like Always Sunny in Philadelphia or Arrested Development could never work with a laugh track because the humor is so dense and rapid-fire that having constant laugh breaks would just ruin the flow.
Stav trying to keep track of what's going on in these nonsense stories while Adam just kinda sits back and accepts everything being shit out of Nicks mouth is never not funny.

Nick’s long off-the-cuff riff stories are the best. So beautifully bizarre.
