Around the 4:30 mark, there are a series of brushes shown and although they are named when I google them, there are no search results. I can't read Japanese so I only googled the English words.

I think "shiratama mensou" is a name of Chinese brush, not a brand. They have a thin tips for drawing details, usually made of cat or mouse fur (sorry my English so bad ;;v;;)
