I am blown away by how much work you put into each of your main channel videos. You laid it out now, and it made it feel so grand. I know what it takes to make product videos for the actual brands, and you’re doing it solowithout a crew! Really makes me respect the final product that you make, the videos are so intentional. So well-made.

Why don't more shirts have back pleats? I know sometimes the vintage shirt the designer is referencing may not have had the pleats, but just add them. I'm think especially of work shirts and casual shirts. A pleat or two is not going to kill the look, but it will add a lot more freedom of movement.
You’re doing a great job at highlighting interesting stuff that’s currently available and it’s fun to watch even if I’m not looking to add anything to my wardrobe currently. Very fun to see what different companies are doing !!!

I looked at a lot of backpacks before deciding to luxrul their bag. I'm so glad I did. This is a beautiful backpack that looks well made. I bought it for an upcoming trip and am so excited to have it. It only took a few days to get here, so the shipping was fast. I highly recommend it and will buy again. It also makes a great gift.
Interesting to note that the Starry Gate shirt is the same pattern/fabric as the lining in my Oak Freenote Rj1.

That is a Carhartt replica from TCB from a few years back. Its basically an unlined chore coat with Carhartt elements that say "Cathartt" instead!

I would buy a USA Carhartt "limited edition" jacket or coat.
All my FR Outerwear were Carhartt. Expensive, but they wore like iron.
My favorite jacket was/is a hooded bomber. The short jacket is great over bibs for winter. The elasticized waist keeps your jacket from catching on things like control levers, pipes, valve stems, etc.
I won't buy Carhartt that are not made in USA, but I'm retired, so I'll never wear out what I have in any case.
I can totally understand your feeling. There are still some USA made Carhartt items- their B01 pants, the J140 jacket. I was making the bibs video and decided to dig out my old insulated bibs for comparison: the R02 USA made model. They don't seem to be made much differently, but the new ones have a lot of new features I like. I also know that Carhartt is actively trying to make more things domestically, and the snag they run into is their sheer volume. I had dinner with one of their product development execs and he was in the process of touring several US factories to learn which processes can be implemented.

That was me with the Danner 1932 collection. I share your opinion. I like a big American brand with history doing something like this though. And I hope if the community embraces it or encourages it more brands might see there's a market for this stuff. And also Suede elbow patches 😂

I have been needing to buy a new pair of bibs lately and i recently ran into a similar situation you did. I was in a Carhartt store looking at the different options and I just really couldn’t tell you what the different is for most of them. Makes it difficult for the consumer in my opinion, but I look forward to the main channel video.
