    Kanskje Coop burde vurdere å sponse noen som faktisk spiser mye mat og i tillegg evner å holde seg edru og ikke kjøre i ruset tilstand. Jeg stammer ja til millionerskontrakt til CYC og 500kg i bøy!

    I reckon he had another 5kg on his bench about another 15kg on his squat and atleast another 20kg on his deadlift absolutely awsome lifting!

    Two WR, 9/9 lifts, and with speed, control and power. And just 24 years. He is like the SHW Ed Coan

    This guy is just crazy! Only 24 years old. As long as he's lucky and dont get any bad injuries, he can/will dominate the sport for many years. Here's a documentary about him, unfortunatly only in norwegian, but have a look anyway. Funfact: He's actually a really good snowboarder:)

    Why is every lift looking so easy as he could put 10kg more on the bar??

  • @phoenixstuttgart

  • @jarrus464
    @jarrus464 10 лет назад +1

    I can understand wanting to leave some in the tank but his deadlift for sure he looked like he could got at least near 400kg

    • @Mithridates_7
      @Mithridates_7 9 лет назад +1

      +jarrus464 2 years after he went on doing 490kg even easier in deadlift, that way he will never stagnate, and keep going, the reason he is so good is not him, but probably more so his genius coach, that is Dietmar Wolf!

    Hi, does anyone have some information about his training (his trainer is Dietmar Wolf)?

    • @mildroar
      @mildroar 10 лет назад +2

      Izzy from Powerlifting to Win is releasing a review of their methods shortly I believe. Basically they train 6 days a week sometimes twice a day and incorporate each of the three lifts daily. They keep intensity relatively low in exchange for increases in frequency and volume. You can probably get a good idea by checking out Stian Walgermo's training log. Thats about all I got..

    I don't understand how someone can squat 110 kg more than he deadlifts

    • @mikechenbob
      @mikechenbob 10 лет назад +1

      You get more out of your gear for squat than deadlift. Suit+wraps>suit alone

    • @ArravTwitch
      @ArravTwitch 10 лет назад

      Mike Chen No. Take as much steroids as you want... you will never become as strong as Carl Yngvar. The legs muscles are quite huge as well.

    • @mikechenbob
      @mikechenbob 10 лет назад +2

      Are you stupid? Gear=squat suit+knee wraps.

    • @andrejmicuch4308
      @andrejmicuch4308 10 лет назад

      looool :D you're right mike, but how about complete raw squat, without wraps, pro powerlifters squat more than they pull, even without suit and wraps...well i guess it's normal at the pro level

  • @blazerspitter2068

    At 24 how the fuck is that possible?

    • @Walgermo
      @Walgermo  10 лет назад +2

      Talent, hard work, good coach, continuity, are some factors for example. Started weight training early, first WR as sub-junior in 2008 with 901kg total.
      299kg increased total in 6 years.
