Is the music played as background …native to Bhutan?

I don’t believe so. I have very limited royalty free music services

Ur video is so vibrant, colourful and refreshing but the back ground music does not suit the video, go for Bhutanese folk music it would go so well wit the video

What time of year you went there?
And when this festival is celebrated?

Hey! This was April of last year. They have a few tsechus throughout the year however. Flying Fox Bhutan helped me arrange my tour around the festivals!
