She didn't. The network wanted to hold mediation but Shannen and Holly refused, while Alyssa wanted to do it. Meanwhile, other cast, crew and guest star actors have all come forward and said Alyssa was the nicest and most welcoming on set, while Holly was more cold and avoided people. Also, Shannen Doherty has had people saying she's difficult to work with on her past projects. Rose already decided she had an issue with Alyssa before even working with her because others had told her she's impatient and knowing Alyssa, she has been working since childhood and loves having things to do and never stops filling her time. So, that totally makes sense that she likes to stay occupied. I don't think that's a bad trait.
Alyssa and Brian were dating from season 4-6… you can even notice some scenes where there’s chemistry being shown between phoebe and Leo with piper in the room so it’s kinda… takes away the professionalism
