Yes and no. It depends on ALOT of things. Runes, build (mostly Runes) strongest early game voli is lethal tempo with doran’s ring. A weaker but still alright voli early is grasp and press the attack is a very Good inbetween. Early its all about landing the E, if you hit enemy but not yourself BAD, if you hit yourself but not enemy EVEN WORSE. You want to hit both the enemy and yourself with E, if you dont you have a Good chance at losing the fight/trade. I would love to explain in detail the ins and outs of Who wins but its a 50/50 thing and its late so ima just say. Not really, depends on the player
