Rod/reel combo with fishing kit as an emergency setup ruclips.net/user/postUgkxntWMOZsO1Zfv-pdn_XuffEtNkTYAYu4Z recommend but started to use this every day. The rod is thick and seems durable. I keep it neatly tucked into a regular backpack all the time with my fishing gear, and can grab it anytime, put it on my back and go anywhere. I just read in another review that the rod length below the reel is adjustable as well, so I will try that too for even more portability. Probably the best setup I've ever owned. I lost the cap for the eyelets, but no big deal since I still have the black cloth sheath that came for the pole and I use that. Very portable and high quality.
I hope people truly appreciate the gold jason shares with us. Also dont just listen but watch everything he is doing. I promise even if you have bass fished a long time, you will still learn something new and useful.
Agreed
I always get bit when I look away 🤣 Part of a superstitious strategy at this point.
Dang it Jason had you picked at Sabine you let me down. I'm kidding of course. Good luck up north.👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks, Great Video With All Kinds of Information! 🔨🔨🏆👍
Yellen impresses me. I give her every credit for how she does her government jobs.
Thanks for the ride along Jason .You are on the stretch for sure!!!
Top water fishing is the bomb. So exciting watching the swirl of a bass ready to ambush it's dinner.
I have experienced that just rolling on it so much this year. And it truly seems like I have a way better hook up versus when the do a big blow up!
Most guys tell you to wait a second or so to make sure they have it. But I see a lot of guys set the hook at the blow up.
I lost a tank on a frog a few days ago 😭
Then lost another big one on a glide yesterday. Been a tuff few days of fishing for this guy. 😤
Man how does he cast with one hand? I'll be afraid I'll chuck my rod 😂
I love that lake and that area you’re in on it. Thanks for not giving up the juice! 😂
Love a good top water bite. Don’t sleep on a horny toad as well!
How far do you recommend keeping the boat off where Your throwing in general ? Thanks
As far as you can honestly. Water clarity changes that too. Dirtier, the less distance from your target matters
You the man. Good luck this year.
Does anyone else use Mr. Christy’s videos on a loop to help them fall asleep at night like in a good way, reminds me of being down at home
😂
Great froggin action. Do you always use the same action rod for your frogs?
Yes. 95% of the time
Got love catching em on a frog!
What length eye crosser are u throwing that frog on?
6’11”
Excelente 👏👏
When you refer to "perch" are you talking about bream?
Yellow perch
@@jd8745 I didn't think they had yellow perch in his neck of the woods. A lot of folks around here call crappies "speckled perch."
Yes
Great info Jason 👍 thanks for sharing 🎣
You bet
