Exactly Aruna garu...avoid teflon coatings best is steel and iron kadais. Oil is far better when used in moderation but the synthetic coatings cause many disorders like thyroid hormone issues.....

Yes definitely ma'am.... Non stick was a very good option for using it but as you said the coating of the non stick will comes to our food . So even I also switch too stainless steel products. It's a really good ❤

When we cook food the ingredients and the metal in which we cook synch and gives us the taste and aroma...and also the nutrition value increases in the cooked food ..rice n vegetables
Metals and minerals like copper, tin , bronze, silver are most essential for keeping up our health good stable mind
Where as stainless has nickel chromium carbon etc. are used as under coat for SS items...leeching of these metals pose high risk to our health...We tend to buy cheap stainless utensils rather than spend some money in buying...only few branded thick bottom saucepans kadais are good in Steel..
Steel needs more temperature heat to cook food which is again not good for our health most of the skin problems eczema dermatitis etc., without our knowledge arising out of this SS dishes
Use of Aluminium metal , storing food in it and eating for prolonged hours...leading to Parkinson, Dementia etc.,
Why Aluminium and stainless has emerged becoz it is cheaper and for the growing population needs
The other wise said metals are precious metals and costlier to Manufacture also...
The bronze pots are now gaining popularity...becoz those who can afford are patronizing the Metal smiths or workmen...all brass n bronze are handmade and only few living masters are there in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajastan, Gujarat... Andhrapradesh 🙏
Stainless kadai or pots must be compulsorily Recycled once in a year...sell off the cookware after one year and buy new ones and use...then no harm using Stainless steel kadais

Surgical steel kadai.... Less oil low flame.. Very usefull.. I used these kadai... Small bit high cost nearly small one 1600/- big one..2700/-

Same here. I also bought stainless steel pans and threw away all non stick pans. Non stick pans are dangerous to health. I’m even using cast iron for fried items.

That is not a plastic coat Aruna garu it's Teflon coat which is very dangerous and can cause cancer also. Sorry for correcting it mam.
