The reason the guy got cops called on him was because he was crip walking and they thought he was concealing a gun
I thought it was because he was a public disturbance for pretending there were invisible tripwires
I read from a few sources that he wasn't the one actually in trouble, but it was a homicide investigation. Wrong place, wrong time; maybe he was similar enough to the description, but the cops pointing guns at him was filmed first.
The "zach stop" part was something they came up with to film and pretend is the reason he has cops all on him with guns in his face
