I've fallen in love with Georgian culture, and this has exactly the cultural influences I love from them! The flutes, the guitar, the majestic choral ad-libs. I think the boys really make the song complete, but even Anastasia alone has a winner voice! Really want to visit the caucasian mountains and feel what this song is about! Go Saqartvelo! 🇬🇪
i have never kept up with junior eurovision like with adult eurovision but this song really made an impact on me. Just absolutely love it. I hope it will just work live and get a good placement 😇
Very Georgian. Nikolaz and Oto were finalists in the National selection w/Anastasia. The boys were brought in to generate the Gerogian poyphonic sound in the chorus. It's what they tried to do with Iraio in Lisbon ESC '18 but with a less memorable song.
Nikoloz and Oto were finalists of Ranina 2022 but they lost against Mariam Bigvava. This year Georgian delegation decided to add them to Anastasia and sing with her, but i dont really know the reason why. In my opinion they wanted to go with Georgian traditional elements and Oto and Nikoloz were perfect for that.
I’m not that much of a follower of JESC, but I’m very excited about this. Georgia’s jesc22 was very similar to Iru’s song (message of peace, same type of distorted vocals etc). So are they trying their hand at doing something with traditional singing at esc24? I’d like to see them try their hand at that again, despite it not really working the last two times.
I was very confused on first listen but on second listen I like this. I don't know how well it will do in JESC but I love the power of their layered voices
This is my second place behind Italy. This is the type of thing I love to see at Eurovision and Junior Eurovision countries being unafraid of just being themselves. The way their voices mix of magical and the lyrics are amazing and the translation actually works here. The visuals are captivating and I hope they represent that on the Junior Eurovision stage! This is a potential winner. It captivated me for three minutes. This could have so easily been my winner but Italy is just slightly more my thing. 10/10.
And also just wondering what your thoughts are on Italy. The reaction video is blocked where I am and probably for everybody bc of copyright I'd assume.
@ESCTom oh just a nice to know fact about the hats in last years performance its a traditional caucasian headware for women if you watch jescs beginning sequence about "all things spinning " you'll see an armenian woman wearing a traditional version
i knoooooooow. why arent they spreading them out? I havent done Italy yet as Im roughly doing 1 a day and going by which has the most hype and unfortunately I havent seen that much hype for Italy. But of course i will cover it eventually
For the first listen I didn't like the song at all, after several listens I'm kinda obsessed! Don't know where the song will be placed tho! I think the song is kinda divisive. My 3rd place at the moment.
yea im loving it too but totally agree that i dont know how itll do. at least we know itll be performed well as they all went through the televised national final
tbh im not a fan of the ethnic, for me it's "ruining" the song. but as music lover i know that without the boys the song wouldve sounded mellow/mello idk and flat. im just hoping for georgi and beni to return next year!!
@@ESCTomas well as for jesc, yes. for me they wrote one of georgias best entries in esc (2023) and jesc (2022) idk who made georgias jesc 2018 song but it ate (probably giga, not sure) imagine a georgi/beni/giga collab 😱

really love the combination of traditional chants and fantasy-theatrical vibes suitable for a Disney-made film.

This clip is mix of understanding of heroes in the past, present and future. Hence the flying guys.
I love it. This song is amazing ❤ 🇬🇪❤️🔥✨ GEORGIAs 4th victory. 🤍
I LOVE THE SONG SM! WINNER FOR ME🇬🇪🏆
This is currently my number 1 followed by The Netherlands and Malta. At first i was not sure about the 2 boys, but it works for me!
I love how much personality this has got!
It’s my favourite so far

This song will become the Junior Eurovision anthem this year.❤❤❤
Gerogia 🤩❤❤❤

Valeu!
Thank you so much Sheila!

Winner 🇬🇪💪🥰. I think you should lister more to the song a react less during the listening. Otherwise you will not feel the song.
i cant do that as i dont own the copyright to the song. you cant just play a song without transforming it with commentary
I have the feeling this is the eaea of jesc
omg i hope not ☠️

I think they needed the boys for a more nationalistic or cultural approach or however you'd name it
Slight typo in the title, Junior Eurvosion
ah thank you, ill correct now
Have you watched italy yet? Also 3 more countries are dropping on 16/10
