This is an impressive set up. With your current set up, how do you guys figure out the optimal pallet size to prevent production put pacing pallet replacememt?
Thank you for the comment! The size of the pallet can be adjusted, so you could set it up as large as the robot arm’s reach! Rather than the size of the pallet, if you have spare pallets on standby the AGV could bring it over after dropping off the full pallet at the next processing area. It would be really difficult for a folder to outpace pallet replacement.

Anyone actually interested in this ? The guys wage is far cheaper and quicker in real economic value plus you have to pay the engineer
