sir if depth(cm) of surface and caliberated age is given then how to calculated the rate of sedimentation with year?. (there is a paper named Palaeoenvironmental history of Bap-Malar and Kanod
playas of western Rajasthan, Thar desert by Deotare,B.C.) in his paper there are two table in which depth is given and their caliberated age is given now i have to calculate that how much deposition is there in per cm. ? please help sir.

"Stoke's Law" is a calculated artifice not found in real world deposition because of the flocculation habits typical of actual muddy sediments. One has to artificially deterge the test sediments to get them to behave in accordance with the "law"; such laundered sediments are never found in the field, rendering the application in this video moot.
