What is in those white bags in the parking lot around the 45 minute mark? They put rubble in the fake flower boxes on the sidewalks. Are they digging something and bringing those white bags on pallets out at night? Maybe they are digging a new tunnel. I don't think the original tunnels connected CLO or the old Bridge bldg. They are definitely using the tunnels now instead of having the Sea Org members walk across the streets. We need some footage of the forklift moving those bags. And who is picking the bags up and taking them away?
