I have the pavo20, and it's the same allot of fun and can do acro stuff. I replaced the standard Pavo board with the HGLRC SPECKTER 2-4s 25a board. It's brilliant.

It's a great cinewhoop and I've got my hands on a few more for review. The latest ones fly exceptionally well for sub 250g.

What I've just realised though is the cinelog20 says it supports 9mm motors but in fact it doesn't, it's 8.5mm motors

@conhulio2000 thanks for the info. It's always good to know.

The reason I know this is because the tmotor 1408 which I though I could put on it are too big so the original pavo20 betafpv 8500 motors which are 8.5mm fit , very strange they mention on their documentation its 9mm mounting.... Makes me wonder if it's just marketing twists of the truth

That whistling sound is definitely the Gemfan props. My Pavo 20 sounds the same with the Gemfan 4 or 5 bladed props. I switched to the HQ 4 bladed props because I couldn't stand the whistling sound. The HQs also fly better, imo.

@@WhirlyBloke Thank you, sir! You don't know this, but back in April 2023, while building my first quad, I watched your Speedybee Master 5 build video on repeat! It was a tremendous help. My Master 5 HD still flies great to this day and I've built 22 other quads since then. Any info I can give back is sincerely my pleasure! Thanks for doing what you do!

Thanks for another great review Whirly Bloke. The sound on that one reminds me of my Bee35. I've come to enjoy the whistle of ducted whoops. 😆 It's sort of like a turbo on an automobile engine. I don't share your nostalgia for analog though. I have an analog setup on my 7" quad, and an 03 air unit on my 3.5". The digital is so much more fun to fly that I'm currently saving money to update the 7" also. I'll only go back to analog if dimwitted politicians are successful in their attempts to deny my pursuit of happiness. Still, I'm glad that analog is still available and progressing for those that prefer it or can't afford digital. I appreciate you producing content that I find interesting, informative, and entertaining. Happy flying amigo. 🫡 🍻

Analog isn't as good as digital, but for these tiny whoops, it's great. Thanks for the awesome comments. They're always appreciated.

Yes, I think analog has it's place (tiny whoops for instance and racing applications). I'm glad the technology is still relevant and advancing. Have a great weekend amigo. 🫡 🍻
