Throne and Liberty / onboarding lacks failsafe's & infrastructure is not scaling

p2w more or less, you call it whatever but you will have to pay to progress after certain progress apparently
EU servers toasted during EA
EU servers collapsed during launch
99% +400W GPU usage in main menu to render looped animation, no physics is done there in the background
broken onboarding process, lacks failsafe's for infrastructure issues on eacj step so far
apparently Amazon so i guess AWS can not scale or the company responsible for code are amateurs
took them two hours to acknowledge that :) this is developed since 2011?
