Edgar & Sabin: Final Fantasy VI OST Remake

A remake of the Figaro brothers', also serving as the Castle Figaro theme.

In this one, I added a subtle bass drum for the occasional accent. The tune also always made me think of late Baroque music. Wanting to lean into that, I replaced the string section that plays the second part of the melody with a solo violin, as well as added half a bar of fanfare trumpet doots. In an earlier draft, I had those feature more strongly, but found they competed with the melodic line, so I scrapped that idea.
Time spent working on the track 35 hours.
