I just tried this tonight. It's good but not as good as the Sake 2 Me AYCE in Cerritos. The one in Cerritos has better carpaccio, better cooked mussels, kalbi ribs, refills on drinks, and more sushi options. Price is about the same i believe. The baked mussels at this location came to us barely warm; it's hard to believe that it was just baked. Overall, it's on par or a little lower than the Sushi Damu AYCE that is 1/4 mile away from this location.
Try HELLO SUSHI in Fullerton you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

You need to check out aburi sushi in Buena Park. $50 for ayce sashimi super high quality. It will blow your mind away.
steve, i love sushi a LOT but i kind of stick mostly with the salmon as its so good and tender… but it all looks amazing! i finally made it over 1k subscribers, so, this small fry may be a big “potato” like you are, some day. 😊

Im a small eater so I would maybe be able to eat max 10 pieces of sushi so I dont go to all you can eat but it looks amazing and I would love to try it some day.
Yeah, this place is amazing. The Rancho location is so on point. Great staff. Only request is maybe turn down the music. But the food is on point and so impressive.

I didn’t know they had converted to AYCE, and I will definitely go try this location. It would be a plus if they have TV’s for sports viewing.
Don't forget to bring a Geiger counter.
Update: S2M 2 which used to be Hajime Ramen doesn’t have TV’s. Taste-wise, this location is in between their other location when it was AYCE and much better than Damu, which tasted horrible after the Plandemic. Damu used to be unique and packed but hardly busy on the night I visited here. Too much MSG in some of the rolls here that they tasted like a bon chan dish. The best item was the toro sashimi.

This place is not new at all. It’s a new location maybe but they were just off the 55 freeway and relocated. Its been around at least 10+ years and has couple other locations

Very disappointed place… for about $50 per person, not much varieties to enjoy. Only salmon is good there
