I'm now realizing the reason that Nero's Seemingly looks so different is because a jacket isn't incorporated into the wings. Cause his wings are his arms. Otherwise he looks pretty similar To Dante and Vergil's devil trigger.
Yup, was really disappointed with the so called "Skins" of DMC 5 they could've given us the iconic Sparda skin and devil trigger with it's unique move set, like from the 1st Devil May Cry game, or add a few new ones, but nope just a a color change which I'm honestly not fond of
This Devil Trigger looks amazing like the perfect blend of Dante and Vergil. My only disregard is the trench coat vibe it gives which I feel doesn't really need to be there as well as the helmet-hood type of thing
This is what it should’ve looked like really. Even though the ghostly figure looming over Nero in his DMC 4 DT is supposed to be Vergil, it would’ve made more sense tbh.
I always interpreted Nero’s devil trigger working similar to how the Dante’s and Vergil’s devil trigger forms worked on D,c 1 and dmc 3 where the devil arms influenced the devil trigger transformations but more of a spectral manifestation rather then physical transformation
What makes you think his DT in 4 is supposed to be Vergil? Vergil's devil trigger doesn't look anything like the demon floating behind nero in 4. His DT is just his unused DT from the concept art.
This sure is a great video 😃, this devil form should have really been as a second devil trigger in the game for Nero's second costume being from dmc 4 instead of that white one that they gave him.
Nero doesn't even have his own devil arms like Rebellion or Yamato, doubt he would have a Devil Sword Nero since it needs enough Sparda power and stab himself with his OWN devil arm.

Nero unlock then SDT (pretty much the original DMC4 DT) and Red Queen become a devil arm (and maybe a new name like ''crimsom empress''). And so Nero armed with 2 devil arms go kick some ass. Meanwhile the fact of giving away power allow Vergil to unlock Devil Sword Vergil (because it's give a nice contrast between Dante, who became closer to his Devil, while here Vergil become closer to his human side).

Well in his mind he is the closest to Sparda. While a lot pf people put 'Deadweight ' in the character selection menu i think 'Sparda's legacy ' is better.
