Thanks for the visit, it was great having you here! \m/
Telecasters and Les Paul with Fanned Frets???? I can´t wait to buy one of them!!
Damn, das neue Multi-Scale LP und das gebackene Ahorn Hals sind einfach traumhaft!!
Thanks Cory, these have been a great series of videos. Your recent output has been steller. Keep it up big man.
I personally Iove the Harley Benton line. Im about to swap over to them exclusively. They are exactly what the home and small gigging guitarist needs.
Thomann is like toys r was as a kid every birthday or Christmas you go on thomann to have a look and dream a little haha love that place 🤘
The LP & TE style prototypes seem really gorgeous!
Can't wait! :)
I hope Thomann is gonna read this comment:
One thing they could improve that would be highly appreciated is a little thing on the website, very easy. For the guitar specs (not only Harley Benton), it would be nice to have both metrics and imperial measures, mainly when it comes to guitar scale.
Most people know the 24"¾, 25", 25"½, etc... and for radius such 7"¼, 9"½, 10", 12", etc... when it's only in metrics, it's very confusing (even for people perfectly familiar with the metric system).
It would be like saying strings gauge in mm instead of inches. I can't imagine ever saying to anyone: "Oh give me a set of 2.54-12.192mm strings... instead of a 10-48".
Having both metrics and imperial for stuff such scale and radius would definitely help to navigate (mainly amongst all Harley Benton models)
My 2¢
there is only like 2 countries that use the Imperial system so i don't see them doing it..
It has nothing to do with that... it's about providing the original measures, because even in metric system countries, some measures are still given by using the Imperial system, such plane altitude in feet, or car rim size in inches, or guitar scales in inches... otherwise, instead of having 10-52 gauge strings, we will need them to start selling them as 2.54-13.208 strings... except nobody will even know what a 2.54-13.208 string set looks like! Guitar scales are known to be 24"¾, 25", 25"½, 27", etc... so it doesn't make any sense to only provide the metric equivalent measure.
PS: Are you using a 1x30cm Cab, a 2x30cm Cab, a 4x30cm Cab, maybe a 4x25.4cm? Oh yeah, I guess for speaker size we also use inches such 8", 10", 12", 15"... if the Thomann website would be organize as 20cm, 25cm, 30cm and 38cm, no much people would find what they're looking when they're looking for a 1x12", 2x12" or 4x12".
Thanks Cory, liked the impression of Thomann and the hotel. Thanks for all the great vid's you made there, keep rocking.
Daaamn, dem multiscale LPs and teles :D
i want the satin les paul fa fret ASAP
Having just ordered, it's great to get to see where my new guitars are coming from! Great job, thank you!
Beautiful gitars. I've never held/played one, but they look awesome, and I've heard many good things about them. I SWEAR: If they release a headless model, I will lose my shit and buy at least three at once.
Thomann and the Harley Bentons have one hell of a future ahead of them. Especially here in the US. I'll probably always be an ibanez fan, but harley benton is probably my second favorite guitar manufacturer at the moment. The sc custom in white is just.. uuuuugggh words can't describe it for its price.
Thanks a lot! Very much appreciated the video. We love Thomann, thanks again!
Thanks to the whole Cory Mura team ! ;-)
FANTASTIC video, Corey... I like this Vlog.. But those HB prototypes.... man, I want them all... Thomann and HB are kicking SO much ass these days... I'm not afraid to say it.. I AM a HB fan boy. I don't think I can ever buy another guitar from another band that Harley Benton from now on.
It just goes to show, it doesn't have to be technically perfect. You just need great content. Excellent stuff Cory.
What a great way to finish up the Thomann visit Cory. Very interesting and funny, especially the idea of you acting like a Diva at breakfast 😂 thanks Cory 😊👍
The HH tele is simply stunning! I want one!!! Now!
I always liked your videos- I have been subbed over a year now- but I have to say that your recent videos have been a lot better than your older videos. I liked them, of course, but the latest stuff is absolutely fantastic. Whatever it is you're doing, keep doing it!
thanks!
nice video Cory, good to see a little background to the production, you should be awarded a medal for all the driving
A very big thank you,for letting your viewers see some new hb models,it's good to see the hb team upping there game,as I'm a firm believer that the sound of a guitar sells guitars not the name, cheers cory your a legend man.
I have driven from near Hannover to southern Bavaria a few times when I lived in Germany. Yup it's a long time in the autobahn but it's nice driving. But that's quite a trip man. Love the review's keep it up
That multiscale tele looks amazing! I hope they do 6 string versions as well
HB should make some les paul junior copies, btw great video :D
Maybe one of my favorite vidéo you've ever made .thanks Cory .Incredible work like always
Cory, you've just realised one of my dreams : going to Thomann's house ! Thank you for sharing !
Nice video, as always. The new models seem to really be compelling, given the sound is good. I live 1:15h from Treppendorf, so once in a while I go to the Candy Shop.
The TE-7 fanfret with ebony fretboard and humbucker splitting would be a dream of a guitar ! By the way thanks for all of your videos man ! Helps alot
Cory, at 3:52 is that the SC 550 in Desert Flame Burst!!?? THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! This is the ONLY picture of this gorgeous finish anywhere in the cosmos other than on Thomann's website! And that isn't a very good picture, not realistic I think. This looks much better!! I know the fret inlays are block now but I hope finish and cap still look like this!!!
Wonderful! Thanks for the two days you have given so we can see better. Was there any inclination of when the new models of the Harley Benton telecasters would be released?
I hope I get lucky enough to casually bump into you at thomann lol. I visit there almost every other weekend.
Schön das du uns mit auf die Reise genommen hast. Angenehm locker wie immer, klasse.
I love the 'Stairway to Heaven' / 'Highway to Hell' sign! \m/ :)
LP gone multiscale😄
gorgeous 👍👌
I bought a L-1000 (SC-1000, whatever) from Thomann, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. I wanted a guitar that looked just like that, but didn't want to spend lots of money. It has some minor issues, yes, but I'm fixing it. I really like the guitar and the brand, so...I'm a fanboy of Harley Benton, too, now! I think I will but another HB in the future.
And your channel, Cory, is really interesting! :D
Gibt´s in Bamberg praktisch überall. Super-lecker! Als jemand, der auch aus Norddeutschland kommt muss ich sagen, was Bier und Braten angeht, sind die uns da unten weit voraus! :-)
awesome post boss Cory!
u just made me want to buy one HB soon! ;)
i saw the singlrcut and tele 7 string, and was dran to it like a moth to a light, i need one
Some tasty HB guitar there. Like the Tele with the humbuckers.
Harley Benton and Thomann are the future of guitars in the present time...
Any word on if Harley Benton has plans for left handed 7 or 8 string guitars? So cool that you got to tour the factory!
Cory = kid in a sweet shop. I'd like to live in Thomman for a week! (Does it have a bar?)
glenn whitlock noice
The T types multiscale are sooooo nice!! Love them!! Will be a six string version or just seven string?? Six strings would be sick!
The paisley Ric copy looks nice. I'd love to get my hands on one.
Interesting video - not just the guitars as I work on automated warehousing here in the UK. A 339 size hollowbody from Thomann would be good.
Wow their facility is amazing and the logistics much more extreme that what I would have ever guessed, I'm very impressed.
Great Epilog, big thanks !
Man, you have been on fire with this great content, keep 'em coming
I'm absolutely loving these super strats! What Thomann should do is come up with a custom Harley Benton service. Of course it would cost more, but for the players that want a custom guitar it would be a dream come true!
Good idea .. yes the Superstrats look so nice
I'm so hyped for the seven string Les and the Tele. Its also a plus that they're fan fret.
Nice trip to Thomann'ville :)
As several others have said, multiscale LP and Tele style guitars look very sexy indeed. Been looking to try out fan fret, might just give these a go. Thanks for another sneak peak, Cory!
Have been there several times too. The best end of the world you can imagine😀!
2018 is gonna be the greatest year for HB yet. I'm gassing really hard for like 4 of these new babes
I really liked that Jupiter brust thing
I wish it was in 6 string version
I wish they would produce a classic 12 string with a slightly larger body and not so neck heavy.
You listening to HIM made me like you a lot more
When are those prototypes coming out...Loving the matte single cut
Looks like a very interesting couple of days something I’d really like to do great video thanks Cory
Very nice video! Well done!
WOW!! is that an HSS configuration guitar in 4:50? is the first HSS guitar i´ve seen from Harley Benton so far!
Can you tell us something more about it? What is the fretboard made of?
I can´t wait!!
By the way, nice interview to the harley Benton mastermind!
Congrats for the nice work Cory!
Ohhh yes !!
Multiscale Telecaster et LP and differents finish :) !! 7 strings, i wait 6 strings version :) :) !!!
Thx Cory !! ;)
Is there any info about the blue/turqouise guitar appearing around 5:02 mark, as in is it gonna be introduced around June/July aswell? I think i fell in love with it.
Multi Scale LP ???? IM IN!!!!!
Oh, you're up north in Germany if I recall?
For me Thomann is 4h away... and I wish it would be closer to go visit more often.
No you don't want to...I'm living 20 Minutes from there...believe me, you don't won't to live that close :)
Hi Cory,do you know if that quilted maple finish is going to be also for the cst 24 series? That would be awesome:)
That SC 7 fanfret.. . . She will be mine. . . Oh yes
Thanks looks like another planet lol man the competition had better pull it's socks up .Prototypes look good i want the T with humbuckers .
Awesome I must go there
6 strings> Multi Scale > SC Custom Body > Thru Body Maple Satin Neck > Reverse in line 6 strings head-stock >Stainless Steel XL jumbo Frets > Regular Spacing 7 Strings Rail Hum-Backers so we can eventually swap them > Flame Maple Vernier > Color Dark Transparent Flat Satin Black .
Forget. No inlays, Dark freatboard, "Ufinishead" Satin nack.
Lustig! Als ich das erste Mal bei Thomann war, hab ich auch gedacht mein Navi spinnt....
keschgelb nich wahr? unfassbar.. über stock und stein bin ich gebrettert
Good video trip, one day I will trip to Thomann but its too far from my home (from Swiss). So, interresting video that will make I want try a HB guitare.
At this price, I think that too expensives guitars will become rare and the market will propose more and more affordables guitars.
always wondered why bass guitars are so much less aesthetically pleasing than guitars on average.
Yes more fanned fret guitars! But where are the fanned fret basses? :(
that multi scale sc custom looks gorgeous, especially the matte one! btw. where there any (six string) baritones around? there is hardly any competition at those price levels atm, i'd love to see some from harley benton.
That 12 string SHOCKED me!
Thomann has the benefit, from Harley Benton, to make anything in their guitar line. The constraints levied by the public to produce again and again the same guitar's without altering the vintage looks and styles does not exist in the creative process. That freedom is the catalyst and the product is variety.
Well done Cory, very interesting!
At the end you played a lot of branded Guitars ...pick one ?
Excellent warehouse..........
HB really needs to release a cheaper alternative to the Dingwall line of basses
I know Agile has their Defiant line, but the 6 string was maybe in stock for like a day or two and the 5 has some things really wrong with it (namely the electronics)
Great video Cory!👍🤛🍺😎
so i was t thomann 10 years before you cory :P an i live in norway
So will there ever be a headless Harley Benton??
OMG, are they going to actually release them at some point? I wanna buy like ALL of those teles! (6, and 7 strings as well)
Good tour Cory!👍
when will the prototypes be completed and ready to sell?
He has said that in the fusion pro video...
Great videos! Like this one especially. Where was your wife? Not wanting to drive together with you? ;-)
the Tele multiscales have reversed headstocks?? YESSS
''The end of the world'' Pretty much, biggest music store in the EU based in the middle of fucking nowhere lol. I wish they were based in a city with either an airport or train access to Denmark..
Are you gonna check out the CST24 black flame?
Jeans Tele /w Humbuckers - my next guitar ;)
or maybe the Fanfret Tele ..... or Les Paul ..... shit .... need more money ;((
4:10 What's that mini headless bass in the background?
why does the lp have a 12th parallel when the other hb fanfrets have a 9th?
Do they have any new basses coming out?
Fusion Pro with Floyd - pleeeeeaaaase?
What's that half guitar thing behind you at 4:45?
I want those 7-strings NOW!!!
That LP lookalike... that's the guitar Gibson should have had in production long time ago and reasonably priced. Maybe they wouldn't face bankruptcy now.
