With enhanced cargo-capacity, a raised driving position and optional all-wheel drive the Accord Crosstour is one of a growing number of vehicles that blur the line between car and SUV.
I never considered anything more than a car for what I would theoretically want if i could afford it, ESPECIALLY not a crossover. This is the first vehicle of its kind that instantly struck me upon first seeing it as absolutely gorgeous and graceful looking on the road. When I saw one in a parking lot in my color, black, I had to not look too long or I would need a change of pants. I can tell a lot of effort was put into making this distinguishable and unique. The venza, not so much.
I couldn't agree more. This is a very nice car all the way around. Glad I finally bought one.
i didnt like it when i saw it online/pics. but i test drove it this past week and i really liked it. im picking up my new ride this wednesday!
hows it been going?
The Honda Crosstour drives very well! Love the AWD!
Am I the only one who likes the styling?
No
I love it from the rear. I like it from the front...
Just drove in my friends crossture the other day...I was surprised on how nice it was
A long time ago.

I just bought a 2010 crossover 4wd, 4-27-2018, it is in mint condition not even one car door ding or scratch, the interior don't even look like it's been sat in, just like it's off the show room floor, 63,000 miles, I got lucky. I absolutely love it, I have zero complaints about this car. If I was "required" to say a negative the only one would be I would like if the drivers seat would raise higher, but I have been driving a tall truck, so no doubt it's just a matter of getting use to driving a lower profile vehicle. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.
How much did you buy yours for if you don't mind me asking. My gf just purchased one today and im wondering if we got a good deal.
Exellent car, i love my Honda Crosstour!
To think that this was what KBB was putting out. They've grown quite a bit.
I purchased my Honda Crosstour the end of 2010 brand new. I LOVE THIS CAR! Very strong solid and most of all reliable. Although I got the 125k warranty coverage at a current 90k miles it has never been used. The only downside is the navigation system which is a bit confusing, but you get used to it. Touch screen would be so much better. It handles well in the snow as well and has super speed pick-up. It's a keeper....do not plan on trading it in anytime. HONDA'S DON'T BREAK;0)~
@sdlausen
Yeah!! Took me AGES to find a manual (mine's only 5-speed) but what a car.
The seats and switchgear on it are almost like new, you'd never know it had 140k miles on it.
I was slowly passed by a dude in the next lane in a white RSX on the expressway. He made eye contact and just did a slow nod of approval as he passed me. I thought, yep, we have mutual understanding. If everyone knew how sweet this car was they'd be common as dirt like the Integra...
my dad owns the mazda cx7 and i drive it too and its a pretty good crossover. my gf is driving a civic but plans on buying a crosstour. she also likes the chevy traverse.
I didn't realize that @micahmuzio has been making these videos for 10 years now! Wow!!
Why have 4 wheel drive and heated seats as an option for colder snowy regions but not offer remote start/keyless ignition?
remote start was added after 2012.
Honda should of offered the all wheel drive in the lower trims level, and later the 4cyl. They were competing with Outback, which all came in 4wd.
@TheTerr0rbyte yes it is!
Somehow it reminds me of BMW x6 i mean look at the overall styling when the car takes a turn at 4:37.
I LOVE this automobile!!!
@carguy379 yea. the crosstour doesnt have a i-4 engine option. I think the crosstour is like a milder version of the zdx,
on a random side note- the honda pilot engine is so god damn weak. 250hp? Come on like what the hell. sharing characteristics with the mdx, it should have at least 270 hp. its a pretty big car.
overall i like honda- a lot- but they could tweak a few things
Mmmm, i would buy this, the Venza, the ZDX, Cube, Juke, all the "weird lookin cars/trucks/crossovers...
@carguy379 honda kinda did with the acura tsx wagon
@dakanister23 the pilot engine is weak. back in 03 when it came out it had240 hp which was a lot for 03, but now its worse than everything else, especially the new 290 hp explorer
@dakanister23 you mean the one that starts at over 30k? sure its great but not everyone can afford that. thats the other problem with the crosstour. they should make a basic version that costs the same as the base accord
@Sandst0rm34 It is not elegant but not certainly ugly. I like the car without the price.
UGLY is right. Just make a wagon with AWD. An AWD vehicle doesn't need to have high ground clearance. The hatchback doesn't buy you much utility anyhow. Subaru cut the stationwagon version of the Legacy as well. Now the only way you can get a Subaru wagon is to buy the ugly Outback version.
Yes..
nice
@bsp1148 Its just my opinion...but I think there are many other better looking cars out there like the Toyota Venza for example.
@k757 Agree
2:05 kinda sus 😳
And the point of this car is....?
why not just make it a real wagon?
WHY CANT I FIND A SLEEK MODERN WAGON WITH A 6-SPEED MANUAL WITH AT LEAST A V6!!!
Car's got booty!
I am really trying to have an open mind and accept this design, but this is in Pontiac Aztek territory of ugly.....it's overpriced, and there are many , so many choices for this price...
it wouldn look that bad if it wasnt that high!
they should of put a honda badge on tha acura tsx wagon, an got rid of tha crosstour
Honda's version of the Pontiac Aztek.
Honda Crosstour looks like shit!
Stick to bicycles kid.
The Acura MDX is better
With each new design, Honda allows their competitors to become even more competitive. Somebody should lose their job for this design.
It's not THAT ugly... I've seen worse looking cars.
Nope.
ewww
no
This thing's HIDEOUS!
looks like a hearse @0:28
This is NOT a cross-over.
All the time i only saw low quality pictures of this on my phone i finnaly saw this high quality video and........and ..........its ugly
it's called buying a santa fe... which is cheaper
much rather buy a taurus for that price
@ottodob YES...compared to the venza, the crosstour looks UGLYY...and for 30000 dollars, think about what you can get with that kind of money
Ridiculously ugly, and ridiculously overpriced just as the accord is. Honda's really killing their sport look with their recent designs, even if this is a hatchback. I expect more from the company that brought us the S2000!
The Venza is sexy compared to this ugly thing.
its called a subaru , cheaper and more cargo space
its still fugly...
ah yes, the accord-crossFail. Buyers, Forget this abomination and get a Subaru Outback and save about $5k
@sdlausen
You said it.
I used to be a fan, now there isn't a single Honda I would even consider.
We went to the dealer ready to buy. It was dreadful. Big ugly cars and SUVs. The CIvic was a massive disappointment, the Accord looks like a dog's dinner, the Insight was horrible to drive and the sort-of cute CRZ can't even crack 40mpg.
We got a used Acura RSX instead - for a third of the price.
Are you paying any attention Honda??
...Acura is Honda lmao
So ugly! It's a modern day 70s station wagon!
lies
Um, no, it doesn't look anything like a station wagon on any level.
I would not want to be seen in one!...loll
It's okay, your GEO Metro must be working for you.
...would not want to be seen in a Geo either!
