I have Osgood schlatters since I was 14 and the pains goes away when I turned 15 to 16 but rn I'm 17 going 18 in Aug the pains goes back and it's been 3 weeks I even reduce my physical activities because of this the lump hurts can anyone know what's happening to me
I had it since 13 years of age ….. and as soon as I used to finish playing , the pain would start , I used to wear a knee cap . Later after I turned 17 , I almost never felt the pain , maybe once in 2-3months …. But again that is due to the fact that I don’t play with that much intensity now . But just like you I was very worried when it happened for the first time . I would experience a lot of pain and used to worry if I would ever be able to run pain free . But I think you should consult a doctor , they might give you calcium capsules 💊 …. That might help .
