I’m trying to get one for 57k but all they can do is 60k I don’t understand. I’m going to put down 6k credit score is 803 and the interest rate is still 5.99%. Crazy!

I have a 2019 zl1 and I pay $560 payment a month. I paid 58k for the car. It was used with 2700mi on it. I got it in 2019 and I had a big down payment. And the original owner got the carbon fiber package inside and the sun roof. I was told he was a 70yr old man that had a hard time getting in and out of the car, so he traded it in.
I just picked up my Zl1 over the weekend a 2019 with 5k miles. I ended up paying 62k out the door with taxes title and fees. You are right about used car prices being very high! I love my Zl1 compared to my 2019 SS haha

@@KobaltGrizzly it’s the worst time in history to buy a used car. Especially a premium sports car like these. Give it a year if you can. You could save 10k or so assuming they drop back down. These cars were in the mid 40s at one point a year and a half ago. It’s hard to believe now. It’s anyone’s guess though when the market will go back down. New makes sense if there isn’t a markup. Longer warranty, lower interest rate, hasn’t been beat one by someone else and probably not too far off from the used ones in price. Good luck in your search! I will be playing the waiting game 😆
Took a 2014 Camaro with low miles, added a Razzi body kit, carbon fiber Viper hood painted (Black Car), Lz1 front end with LED headlights, rear spoiler, rear LED Tail lights and side spoilers. Total cost $24,000.00. Everyone thinks it is an LZ1 2018 or 2019. Get the same perception for a lot less money and upfront depreciation was eaten by someone else. Like your car also, but not the cost.
I’ll admit sometimes I like the idea of building something else. This car is AWESOME and hearing that super charger everyday is a blessing but I also would like to turn something small into my own thing

The 2018 ZL1 is one of my dream cars but now that I have the money and I’m in the market I’m between an 18 SS 1LE or just waiting for the market to adjust. A year ago the ZL1 was around 55-60k but now the prices are just ridiculous.

Hey bro if I can make a recommendation, I went cheap on my SS and did a muffler delete and went straight pipe , performance wise I lost back pressure that effected low end torque and the sound was rather raspy and loud but had no harmony in the tone ... I would recommend trying Corsa or AWE axel backs , I have corsa right now , you still get a loud race car pitch on throttle and a mid tone throaty sound and the low end , the corsa also looks nice and shines underneath the car for a modified look .. I’m telling you I spent around $1,700 on cheap exhaust mods and mufflers before biting the bullet and going with corsa

Yes and no, that would assume not paying it off sooner than the life of the loan. Although this actually would’ve been a good topic to add in explaining why I’m paying the car off sooner. financing a car is the same as a house, if I actually waited to pay my house off I’d end up paying double it’s worth due to interest. I did not know the used car market was that out of whack right now, I paid 56k for my '18 ZL1 1LE w/ 12k miles on it 18 months ago. Also please don't do a muffler delete the drone will get old real fast and personally don't think it sound good, I would go with a flowmaster setup they sound great IMO. Nice car man you're going to love it.
@@godrive6902 you don’t need to move, just create a Montana LLC for $70 and $20 a year. You can purchase car through LLC and get a Montana license plate and insurance can be anywhere. Absolutely no sales tax on car purchases at all.

That is an awesome deal! When I was searching for my car there were no brand new ZL1s for that low, I actually was trying to get a new one but my dealer lied to me on the price so I walked
So I actually was previously working full time retail, full time school, with a couple of side streams of income. Now I’m starting up printing to help boost more passive income. Once that starts becoming steady the next step is buying a condo to start renting out. It’s very important to always try to have multiple streams of income!

With 30k down I was able to bring my monthly payment to 433 I think. My interest was like 3.2 with a loan over 82 months. But I’m thinking I’ll sell the car before I pay it off.
@@Envision405 I actually was going for a 2020 red zl1 the dealer I was working with claimed it would’ve been 60k otd, but when I got there “the manager couldn’t make that number work” and the price jumped to 67k. I wish that one would’ve worked out because my interest rate would’ve been even lower. I would’ve put more down but that money is being reinvested into more income instead. Down payments seem to be the big topic people don’t realize. If you aren’t putting a huge down payment like you did, it just isn’t going to affect your monthly as much.

I got my zl1 two days ago. 22k miles ,2017 for 52990. Beautiful cars. Went from a civic type r to the zl1. Completely different beasts.
