Technically no, but I've been to many prereleases where they have allowed it. It depends on how relaxed your play group is.
@@ozmtg well officially anyway and there is only 3 so every colour combo isn't represented which means it would be an unfair advantage for some. Additionally we play for a box as first prize at my LGS so it definitely matters to us

This is the 3rd video in a row of pre release kits I watched where they believed you could use both promo cards. I can’t wait to see how many illegal decks are played this weekend. WoTC did write on the draft instruction sheet that you can’t use both. But no one actually reads that.
It is better to get the pre release kit than bundle

When did they start putting story lines in the pre release kits.
Do they still put the story and cardlist in the bundles?
