Thanks for this 👍🏻 I liked the white balance analogy for resting the ears. It’s this part of mixing that takes discipline...especially when on a deadline! I believe that most musicians can achieve a good balance in a mix, but to get that last 15 to 20% ...to get a great mix...involves patience as well as skill in my opinion 🙂
