Your Canva version is not current, the menus and elements are not the same so you can't follow the tutorial. One example, you have 'templates' under 'all your designs' on the left menu bar, my Canva shows 'brand kit' and 'photos' is under the 'Discover' menu. I don't know why someone would post a tutorial that is out of date and cannot be followed step by step, would be good if this were current.
Diana used the latest version of Canva to date. What happens is that she is a Canva Certified Creative and might have access to newest features or UI that might not be rolled out to all users yet.

Hey Mona 👋 Canva is a web browser app, so you don’t need to install it on your computer. It works on any computer (Mac or PC) but also iOS and Android devices. If you can surf the Internet with your machine, it will probably run Canva 😊

Hey James, downloading your work is free, but the reason why Canva prompts you to pay is that you must be using a Pro element in your design. The illustrations and photos with a little crown 👑 on them are PRO elements. Try replacing the Pro elements for Free ones and you design will download.

Hi Diana, you'll have to choose that from the Canva homepage. Choose your doc type according to what you need to design. If you need vertical format, you can search for A4 document, or Story.
That's because you've used Premium elements in your design. Make sure to swap them for free ones and you should be able to download your designs with your free account. Canva tells you which elements are Premium when you try to download.
Hi Ashkan, Brand kit has limited functionalities but for free users yes. But it's still available. You'll be able to add 3 colors to your palette and set your fonts.

hey diana,, what is considered to be good, a heavy image or low resolution image?
Ideally you'll have a good resolution (crisp image, not pixelated) but a light file (in term of file size). So it all depends on the compression.

you can select the document type you want from the homepage.
So if you need landscape, go for a presentation 16:9 for example.

Hey Lee, try using this website to upload images and videos to Instagram from your PC business.facebook.com/creatorstudio/
you can always email the image to yourself as an attachment and then just download/save it from your email app on your phone to photos.
