I have 100% full respect for that man. Men take accountability. He doesn't have to take accountability for juice wrld's actions. But he has to take accountability for his own. Respect.
Peer pressure can have a powerful effect on people, especially youth who are looking for a mentor. I think everyone should realize this before trying to influence someone, especially if you think it might not be good for them.
Do you believe that? Do you realize there was a time in America where drug use was marginal? Do you realize drug use was not culturally widespread until musicians who young people loved started promoting it? Many people would never seek out certain drugs or lifestyles if they weren't exposed to someone they think is cool who made it look cool.
Maybe call lean what it is.. its codeine which the body converts into morphine, people probably know this but giving lean it's propper name, morphine might make it easier for people to make a decision ?
uh dude yes it converts to morphine but call it codeine because morphine is different lol. 3-methyl-morphine is codeine actually. it’s less potent and has a cap on the amount of the conversion to morphine, thus making morphine more potent. also would like to mention diacetylmorphine is heroin, and turns into morphine in the body too, similar mechanisms different potency’s. codeine is WEAK compared to morphine.
I wanted to try lean when I was a kid because of Wayne but two things stopped me: 1 when Wayne OD in the plane. 2. When I heard about the price of lean… hell naw can’t no high be worth that price lmao
honestly from a plug perspective lean isn’t worth actual bands lol, in multiple country’s you can get it OTC, like canada and shit lol. people just rack the price up for no reason, although some brands are rarer, shit isn’t that expensive. honestly i recently had a 250ml bottle of wockhardt oxycodone liquid and it was 1$ a mg so 250$ so i mean yeah. but then again i’d pay anything to make sure it’s real, if it’s fent then that’s lights out.
@@dracotrapstar well yeah lol but tbh that actually stops people from using laced street shit, im mostly referring to like NZ and shit too, bc they dont have codeine as a scheduled drug, they sell it right next to tylenols in places that arent the US.
I truly believe that Future is one of the smartest rappers out there. Just looking at his lyrics you can tell he’s an intelligent dude, but I’m sure he didn’t realize how far people will go to imitate him. And this shows that he actually takes responsibility for it and feels the impact of his actions. A lot of rappers wouldn’t have taken responsibility like that
i think this is why juice always talked about drugs in a negative way, he knew if he talked about them being good like future did he’d end up ruining other kids lives
Ofc cuz it’s almost like, he feels responsible for it in a way… That’s why you gotta be careful what you’re doing and saying around people who look up to you.
When I was a kid I only wanted to be like rappers cuz they looked cool and were famous. The negative things about them never really caught my attention so luckily they had no real influence on me
Look, as sad as it was that Juice is gone now, some people are literally born to create. Whether it’s art, music, or anything creative. Some people are born with a supernatural ability to do one thing very very well. It’s a skill that’s from the universe and it seems that many times, that gift comes at the cost of your life. And it’s sad to say but what would happen if those people stick around, is that their art would lose its value over time. Look at the legendary rock bands that are still around from the 80s and 90s, they still tour and do shows, but no one really cares anymore until they hear that a band member died. And now look at Juicewrld, his natural ability to rap was so great and you can see it in his 1 to 1.5 hour freestyles on RUclips. But to prove my point, everyone thought it was amazing when those first dropped, then after a few months it was pretty much forgotten. But now that he’s dead, anytime anyone wants to point out pure raw rap talent, they almost always reference those freestyles. If he was still around today he would’ve done a few more hour long freestyles I’m sure, and they would’ve gotten slowly worse and worse until people just didn’t really care. But now those freestyles are legendary.
At the end of the day decisions are decisions. Juice was a grown man with all the access in the world at the time he passed. He had all the access to help and rehab along with all the access to drugs and bs. He chose the latter. Future has been came out and said he really don’t get high like that he just be rapping. I understand we wanna all be like our favorite rappers when we’re young but it’s like playing GTA. If you take it too serious you may end up violently stabbing prostitutes and disobeying all traffic laws. It’s all entertainment. Most can distinguish, some can’t.
The real issue here is peer pressure which often leads to rappers glamorizing lifestyle that even they are sceptical about living. Lean, drugs, alcohol just to look cool and appealing to their peers. That's where the real problem is.
The same people who will inevitably complain about starfield are the same people who go to the park and complain it’s too hot outside. The same people who go to the beach and get sand in their eyes and whine about it all day. This game is going to be what you make of it, enjoy it. Sure there will be bugs that’s guaranteed, every single player massive RPG does and if they don’t it’s most likely a much smaller scale game. I can already tell I’m going to like it and it’s going to be fantastic.
It boggles my mind When rappers give praise to other rappers for influencing them by how they dress, live their lives and rap themselves but won’t take accountability about what they’re saying influences others.
Future even admits he doesn't do what he says in his lyrics doing drugs an what not said he's afraid that if he tells his fans they wouldn't listen to him.
Man you can’t blame them we chose to sip the drank cause we wanted to be like them and we were naive. I was in 8th grade when I found a pint of Actavis Codeine/Promethazine, 2 scripts of Vicodin and a script of Xanax bars. My parents never touched these medications and I was at the age where they weren’t worried about me because a curious toddler and poisoning myself with Tylenol so they didn’t think to hide it nor did they notice it go missing. That was the beginning of the downfall of my entire friend group.
I miss that niggah man, it's rare that I find an artist I actually like and all of em are six feet under now. From dolph, to xxx, and especially juice. Smh
The crazy thing is that future admited to quit lean and become sober in 2016. (I might have gotten the details mixed up but something along those lines)
Tbh I don’t believe in people being able to influence me to do something because at the end of the day it’s a personal choice that you make your not being forced to do it
Juice influenced me to try lean and other drugs. I thought it was cool but his death taught me more about life. Music has strong influence and ultimately we make those decisions ourselves, but RIP to Juice, the legend. 999
He should feel guilty. Every single rapper or artist that rap or sing about drugs should know that people look up to them and want to follow in there steps. They need to guide this younger generation to do better and not to do drugs or shoot up and rob people. R.I.P. to a real legend. 999 for life
not really , at the end of the day it was juice choice to pick it up. i know where your coming from but as you and i both know that looking up to toxic people isn’t healthy worse yet trying to be like them.
i remember being a kid listening to young thug smoking cigarettes thinking it’s blunts 😂 i can see where the music you put in your ear can really affect now you go about
Yea but juice went on to do the exact same Thing glorifying drugs and violence in his music which will influence kids the same as he was influenced by future. It’s sad that this is the state of music now days rap is #1 music in America and all they talk about is drugs gangs money materialism and speaking derogatorily of woman, most of the people who listen to this are teens and they will then go on to follow their idols lead and get addicted to drugs. This happened to me I grew up on rap music and I started running with a bad crowd and started doing drugs and popping pills very early on which then turned into a severe heroin addiction that ruined my life and almost killed me. I’m 19 now and still struggling on and off with this and now when I look back I can see how strong of an influence the music had on my younger self
If you pay attention to futures lyrics he’s literally a walking DARE psa codeine crazy perkys calling Xanax damage all these songs are about how he needs to drugs to live and how his addiction is ruining his relationships life and mental health how the fuck does a song like codeine crazy make lean sound fun. Almost nobody is so easily influenced they will be pushed to do a drug from one artist/song especially something as demonized as opiates juice made a choice future literally never coulda been born and he woulda had addiction issues
Remember future has a song called “I’m sorry” which is literally 7 and a half minutes of him apologizing for the things he had to do or did in his past. Anytime I hear it I gotta listen to the whole thing. You already know if he knew this when he made that song he woulda spoke on it…
It's worth saying too. Future ain't that emotional a dude, like he barely emotes ever. So for that to hit him on that level speaks. Or maybe just the public addressing of the situation is what tipped the scales.
Nothing wrong with expressing how you feel and your problems in your music but it is sad that it has that effect on people who want to imitate artists but there’s nothing he could have done to avoid that while remaining honest in his lyrics about his problems n shit. It’s sad but you can’t blame yourself for these things. Future is legendary as is juice long live JuiceWrld 999 forever
Respect to future for owning up to it but at the same time he need to hold that L & live wit that, same wit the rest of these rappers out here promoting negativity through drugs or violence. You should be held accountable for promoting this stuff & making money off it

Bro I straight up thought when making music I cant release this or make this because it will have negative consequences in the world. Thats what the selling your soul feeling indicates; you are NEVER supposed to do it. Youre supposed to do something else.
Still your own decision. Don't be a sheep. Never blame someone else for your own choices.
He didn't blame anybody all he said was he tried it with future he didn't blame him for anything and it was his own decision to do it don't make him a sheep
U sound like the dude to always try to have the last say even if ur wrong in a conversation I just get those vibes from this comment
I don't think you realize the incredible amount of influence celebrities have on their fans. Obviously Juice shouldn't have done that but if someone glamorizes something bad for you and someone tries it because of them then that's not entirely their fault but they shouldn't have glamorized it
He was in 6th grade come on, this is why they sell drugs outside schools
This dummy lol
“How many other 6th graders did I influence to drink lean?” a *HELL* of a lot 👺🔥 God will deal with you
It’s a sin to say that btw
@@LS6272 Hell is real.
That's why I love the way just talks about the bad things that comes with drugs and says in multiple songs this is not for kids I want to stop but I can't it's killing me
Good to see rappers taking responsibility for the influence they have on young people
Future da 🐐 Rip 🧃 🌎
For future to atleast realise that shows the heart he has.
yeah same here i started drinking lean wen i had been in grade 9 and futures music made me feel like we both doing it together at a lonley time in my life having the lean suprisingly felt good.
danko brayaka
Did you quit bro?
“One of the best to ever do it” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was scrolling for like 10m to find that comment😂
Yo, soon as I heard that 💀💀💀
It’s true not even your favorite artist can do what he did in 2 years goofy
it's a very nuanced convo because yes they can and do influence people into dangerous behaviors but at the same time it's their art and they're free to express themselves, same with video games and any kind of art. it's mainly up to the parents to make sure they're kids don't fall into that behavior at the end of the day
it’s a sad reality bc some ppl really rap abt the only few things they know and drugs is in that category it’s what society has come to
I have 100% full respect for that man. Men take accountability. He doesn't have to take accountability for juice wrld's actions. But he has to take accountability for his own. Respect.
Let's not forget Speaker Knockerz too
Rip ❤
In the end no horror movie maker is at fault if a 9 year old is scared by the film. It's the parents who don't care about their kids
Peer pressure can have a powerful effect on people, especially youth who are looking for a mentor. I think everyone should realize this before trying to influence someone, especially if you think it might not be good for them.
If future got you on drugs by rapping it you was already gonna do drugs regardless
@@bigol9223 so if rappers made jumping of bridges cool you would do it yea my first comment was facts
@@youngsavage91beastmode34 when you start using mom quotes you lost at life

That would be a hard thing to live with. RIP to my boy Juice Wrld
Maybe call lean what it is.. its codeine which the body converts into morphine, people probably know this but giving lean it's propper name, morphine might make it easier for people to make a decision ?
Possibly but people still gonna do it. I know its basically jus morphine but I keep sipping it.
A change in name isn’t going to change the effect of the drug
uh dude yes it converts to morphine but call it codeine because morphine is different lol.
Music has the biggest impact, no matter what it is.
I wanted to try lean when I was a kid because of Wayne but two things stopped me:
1 when Wayne OD in the plane.
@@LIVEMETRIX187 lmao probably only Canada. Ain’t they just legalize like every drug to exist? As long as it’s “personal use” amount lmfao.
@@dracotrapstar well yeah lol but tbh that actually stops people from using laced street shit, im mostly referring to like NZ and shit too, bc they dont have codeine as a scheduled drug, they sell it right next to tylenols in places that arent the US.
He knew exactly what he was doing. This generation of Rappers promote destruction on purpose and claim they were just trying to feed their families 🥲
Miss dude fr
👊
I truly believe that Future is one of the smartest rappers out there. Just looking at his lyrics you can tell he’s an intelligent dude, but I’m sure he didn’t realize how far people will go to imitate him. And this shows that he actually takes responsibility for it and feels the impact of his actions. A lot of rappers wouldn’t have taken responsibility like that
When he said “it will shock you” I was thinking “it probably won’t” and I was right 😂
People saying "But he kept making that kind of music anyway" clearly have no idea how the music industry actually works.
i think this is why juice always talked about drugs in a negative way, he knew if he talked about them being good like future did he’d end up ruining other kids lives
Ofc cuz it’s almost like, he feels responsible for it in a way… That’s why you gotta be careful what you’re doing and saying around people who look up to you.
When I was a kid I only wanted to be like rappers cuz they looked cool and were famous. The negative things about them never really caught my attention so luckily they had no real influence on me
I sipped lean a couple times in high school because of Wayne’s music. It just made me super sleepy and slept for over 12 hours
That lean was the reason behind all those dope songs by juice that I cannot stop listening to. So addicting
“What have I done”
December 2022: “HIT DAT PILL TURN ME TO A SUPERHERO🗣”
Maybe one of the best to ever do his specific subgenre of rap.
What have you done you helped made a fucking legend
It boggles my mind When rappers give praise to other rappers for influencing them by how they dress, live their lives and rap themselves but won’t take accountability about what they’re saying influences others.
The already dead instrumental playing in the background is too hard
Future even admits he doesn't do what he says in his lyrics doing drugs an what not said he's afraid that if he tells his fans they wouldn't listen to him.
Wayne influenced me heavy in the same way. The cycle continues as long as this is allowed in the media and culture.
This shyt is really sad tho...cause the cycle continues and has in our music, since it was infiltrated! :(
Man realizes he’s solely responsible for leading to so many addictions and overdoses smh
It's understandable to think about your impact in the world.
We can all point fingers but we make the decisions we do for a reason no one made juice world do it like no one could make him stop
I miss that niggah man, it's rare that I find an artist I actually like and all of em are six feet under now. From dolph, to xxx, and especially juice. Smh
Future was the main guy who got me sippin on some purp!! That lean and I was lost in it for five years.
The crazy thing is that future admited to quit lean and become sober in 2016.
(I might have gotten the details mixed up but something along those lines)
Tbh I don’t believe in people being able to influence me to do something because at the end of the day it’s a personal choice that you make your not being forced to do it
I love that Future impression
Juice influenced me to try lean and other drugs. I thought it was cool but his death taught me more about life. Music has strong influence and ultimately we make those decisions ourselves, but RIP to Juice, the legend. 999
He should feel guilty. Every single rapper or artist that rap or sing about drugs should know that people look up to them and want to follow in there steps. They need to guide this younger generation to do better and not to do drugs or shoot up and rob people. R.I.P. to a real legend. 999 for life
not really , at the end of the day it was juice choice to pick it up. i know where your coming from but as you and i both know that looking up to toxic people isn’t healthy worse yet trying to be like them.
i remember being a kid listening to young thug smoking cigarettes thinking it’s blunts 😂 i can see where the music you put in your ear can really affect now you go about
You think a n•gga like me give a fuck about a n•gga shootin up the church? I gotta take this shit up with God cause I'm a god on the earth
Yea but juice went on to do the exact same
Thing glorifying drugs and violence in his music which will influence kids the same as he was influenced by future.
Big love for Juice, but to say he will be remembered as one off the best to ever do it, is a stretch!!
I find it hard to believe future never knew his influence was reaching children
Remember future has a song called “I’m sorry” which is literally 7 and a half minutes of him apologizing for the things he had to do or did in his past. Anytime I hear it I gotta listen to the whole thing. You already know if he knew this when he made that song he woulda spoke on it…
” oh shit, other people exist and have feelings too mayn 😵💫😵💫”
At the end of the day it’s a choice wether you follow and indulge in another man’s habits. Shouldn’t feel bad
It's worth saying too. Future ain't that emotional a dude, like he barely emotes ever. So for that to hit him on that level speaks.
Or maybe just the public addressing of the situation is what tipped the scales.
mad respect for future
one of the best to ever do it is HILARIOUS
Now people about to blame future 🤦🏾♂️ 😂
Hell yea I loved pourin up to future as a teen
video flew completely over your head
Nothing wrong with expressing how you feel and your problems in your music but it is sad that it has that effect on people who want to imitate artists but there’s nothing he could have done to avoid that while remaining honest in his lyrics about his problems n shit. It’s sad but you can’t blame yourself for these things. Future is legendary as is juice long live JuiceWrld 999 forever
When a human consciously reflects on their own lives
How come there have only ever been like a handful of rappers that even begin to realize their audience can be impacted heavily by their actions/words?
Respect to future for owning up to it but at the same time he need to hold that L & live wit that, same wit the rest of these rappers out here promoting negativity through drugs or violence. You should be held accountable for promoting this stuff & making money off it
Bruh who else saw the meme where a bunch of CEOs are shaking hands and clapping and it said in the text box "when future drops a new album" 😂
