if any of the methods (changing dx to 10 or 10.1 - adjusting virtual memory of disk c - updating gpu...) didn't work for you just try to limit framerate of gta 5 using nvidia control panel set it to 60fps then if it worked you can adjust which fps you want to cap (dont cap the fps using rivatuner or other apps try nvidia control panel)
@@gameofgamers2318 the way i fixed it is by 1-opening nvidia control panel and went to program settings to limit the game fps to 60fps. here is how to do it (ruclips.net/video/B14rV6z9MsQ/видео.html) 2- and then more importantly if you have overlays you should turn them off and try if its fixed. these are overlays i turned off (xbox gamebar overlay- nvidia geforce experience overlay-discord overlay) and that is how i fixed the issue i hope it works for you. if it worked then you can see which overlay is messing with your game and keep it off and turn on the other overlays that work fine. i kept them all off because i don't use them tbh

It worked . it was the MSI afterburner and the voltage . Also used DDU and installer the drivers again
